First time renter after coming across ad. Wrote to several other ads, but some were less than keen on doing business, with responses less than forthcoming. I suppose these business have plenty of renters available, to not want mine. Was suitably impressed with Andy's knowledge, service attitude and responsiveness, something other rental businesses should consider emulating, if they wish to stay competitive in this market. Vehicle was showing its age, but overall fuss-free, reliable and value for money, considering the decent rental fees. 20/10 will rent from Fresh Cars again. Service encounter from pre-rental, pickup and collection was pleasant and smoothly transacted, a key consideration especially for first timers like myself.
