Thanks to Ted, Ah Heng and team for taking my sound system up to another level. Their professionalism, after sales service are impeccable. They are friendly and make me feel totally at ease leaving my 1 week old new car with them. They are creative and go beyond the norms to help me to think of ways to put in my sound equipments in the limited space of my new car because I wanted to keep everything out of sight and retain 7 seater functionality. I had the pleasure of meeting Ted and some of his team today at AutoImage Enterprise. I came in with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, but Ted took some time to go over the options, details and pricing with me up front to make sure I received the best fit for my current needs. The Esatto DSP and dual sets of speakers sounds SO MUCH better than the stock system (especially with the sounds proofing) and his team even worked late past their closing time on a Sunday in order to finish the job. Ted also gave me a ride to my office so I could get some things done while they worked on the car. As a business owner myself, I can appreciate these details and would confidently say that it was a good decision to go there for my audio upgrade. Was there to seek advise on my stock system. Big shout out to Ah Heng, very professional, patient explaining the differences of changing after market speaker compare to DSP. He even gladly test out my old mid range speaker, even to the extend dismantled the stock and checkout whether it fit the current ride. Luckily it work out well, the old mid range still working and he customized a bracket for it. Ted was there to fine tune the system and he also patiently explained to me how the system work, advising me to come back in 3 to 4 weeks time to fine tune again at no cost. Although it my first time there, I was so comfortable with their attitude that I go ahead done my set up in the spot. Highly recommended for any one wanting a professional and reasonable system upgrade. Note: not forgetting a shout out too to another friendly chap, I think his name is Peter discussing and explaining the fine detail of sound system. I know where to go for my future audio and car accessories stuffs.. Well done, AutoImage Enterprise. - Elson Lim

Went to AutoImage to fix my sound proofing for my GLA . Was recommended by Victor and Ted on their renowned Esotta Massa MA-D4 to improve my original quality for my sound system . They did not hard sell but convince me that the DSP installation will change totally . After hearing the demo , I was blown away by the crisp music and high quality . Of course , I installed eventually . They did a remarkable job and I wish to give credit to Ted and all his staffs for their work dedication and interpersonal attitude . Excellent products and installation. Great value and peace of mind with their assuring aftersales and warranty. Highly recommended! I was unimpressed with my stock speakers and went to AutoImage with an open mind. Ted was very thorough with his ICE education and gave many options for my requirements and budget. He wasn't pushy and in fact told me not to blow my budget (because the next level will include more mods and $$$). I've been driving with the new component speakers and DSP for a month and it's incredible! Definitely worth the cost (other options or shops can be had for lesser) and tick all the boxes. The Mute radio button on my car's steering wheel was accidentally vacuumed away but by the time I noticed it, recovery was impossible. Desperate to cover up the 'ugly hole' I personally brought my car to a workshop for the first time ever! My husband usually handles such matters as I consider workshop matters and the staff intimidating. Incidentally, he thought the missing Mute button was unimportant. But to me, it was a big deal. My online search resulted in a list of car audio companies. I contacted several - they were either dismissive or didn't even bother to reply. Only Ted of Autoimage Enterprise gave me hope. He didn't trivialise my situation but suggested a customised solution. Right from the start, Ted was understanding and approachable. He was polite, friendly, very confident and assuring. I saw that he worked on my customised solution wholeheartedly. It took under 30mins for Ted to produce a plastic button that matched the overall look of my steering wheel. I was expecting just a cover for the 'ugly hole'. But Ted made a new Mute button that not only looked good but was functional too! I was so surprised, grateful and touched by his handiwork that if there were no Covid-19 restrictions, I would have hugged him Ted is an audio visual expert providing premium products and bespoke services that can cost thousands of dollars. He spent so much time on something that no one cared to do and he only charged me $20! Ted's willingness to go the extra mile for me showed that to him, no job is ever too small and everyone is worthy of his attention.
