To keep my review short. I have talked to boss randell for almost 1 hour. This is a few things i discover during our conversation

1) Down to earth
2) Excellent expertise in car detailing
3) Confident and proud of his products and workmanship
4) His service to provide the best experience where he treat his customers as VIP
5) Value his company reputation and ensure top notch workmanship
6) Randell looks to build a long term relationship with all his customers instead of "Hit and run" Relationship

Rendall (boss) is knowledgeable, humble and friendly. His staff is professional, helpful and hardworking.

Protection coating is applied on paintwork, moonroof, windscreens, side window, wheels, tyres. Interior cleaning and coating are done on the seats, console, side doors panel to give the shine.

It has been 1.5 months since I got my PPS done by Groomers Lab. I must say I am absolutely satisfied with the coating.

Weekly washing is easy with plain water. I don’T even use car shampoo. The post washing surface is still smooth.

I have many encounters with bird poo, including the sticky & Staining type. Getting rid of the poo with a wet cloth is easy and there are no traces of stain or “Poo burn” On the paintwork

The recent rain and parking under the hot sun have not resulted in any water spots on my paintwork. Also while driving in rain, the rain will roll up because the windscreen is so smooth.

Being lazy, I went for one wash by Groomlabs Lab last Sat, they wash the exterior, wipe and vacuum the interior including my carpet. The car is now as fresh as the day the PPS coating is applied.

The limitation now is that he could probably handle only 3-4 cars a day because of the many hours and attention needed for each car and the limited working space he has. But I am glad that he will be expanding his lab soon to accommodate more cars – Which means waiting time will be shortened and more owners can enjoy his excellent & Professional service.

For any car owners planning to do PPS, I would highly recommend you to consider Groomers Lab. Read the many reviews & See the pictures, to decide for yourself.

Yes, previously we used to detail only 2 cars a day or 1 car a day for older makes however due to the overwhelming response, we had since expanded our operations to detail 2 - 3 cars a day and without compromising our quality work.

We are in the midst of an expansion soon but rest assured we will not be looking at masses but rather this expansion will allow us to have more space and also cater to a minimum of 4 cars a day.

Collected my new car on 22 Nov 2015 and sent it to Rendall for paint protection the next day. I've done PPS on my previous ride and I must say Groomers Lab is far superior in terms of quality of coating and customer service. I was really impressed by the service provided by Rendall. He was very patient and was able to give good recommendation and advice.

When I collected my car in the evening, it was so shiny! To me, this paint protection is definitely a must-have for new cars.

Did some research on the web and found groomers lab. Sent them a few enquires through Facebook and was replied immediately by the boss rendall. Very clear explains took of what would be done and even manage to let me slot in to his scehdule today. Upon arrival , I was greeted by Friendly and patient groomers that answered every single question I had. The service attitude and quality there is way better then the few I have encountered! Price wise is very reasonable too. Job done was perfect and I fell in love with my ride once again. Thank you groomers lab!

Brought my car to Rendall on 11 of Nov 2015 as soon as I received my car keys.
His coating has good review and really performed well, attitude of staffs, professional, know what they are doing, workmanship, impressed me a lot. Wonder how Rendall impart his skills to them and drill them to a such positive attitude.
After coating, all I did was just to wash with water and shampoo.

Summary, a must have for brand new cars buyer who is looking to keep their new pride and joy pristine always, excellent service and friendly staffs especially Rendall who gave me professional advice and chatting while waiting. Well Done.

Ive been fascinated by PPS and is my first time using PPS. After much research/reading, I’Ve finally decided to go with Groomer Lab for the following reasons

1) Reliable and proven product
2) Good reviews
3) Many Bros using
4) Reasonable fair pricing. Outstanding value.
5) Most importantly, Rendall is very patient in answering all my queries and explaining every component of PPS. Not pushy. Top notch service!!

Its been a week since my ride has been coated and the result has been amazing!! Basically spray water, wipe dry and the car looks shinier than new. All in 10 mins! I don’T wash my car on my own but ive already done it 3x this week!! I enjoyed every moment it. It is easy, quick and the result is outstanding (Realistically, I will spend half an hr/week to wash the car).

Ive also the opportunity to compare between 2 cars of the same model, same colour. One was my bro‘S white car that was coated 3 weeks back by Rendall. The other was also a white, same make, 1 day old car that was cleaned but waiting to be coated. Amazingly, my bro car was shiner than the 1 day old car!!

Ive not tried other PPS but Groomer’S Lab product and service has been outstanding so far. I will continue to update as time goes by.

First, I really like the honesty. When quoting price, Randell gives the package price. No BS like original price is $XX but got x% Discount for forum member.

Second, the customer service is nothing short of excellent. Randell is very patient in explaining how to take care and maintain the car paintwork. Very useful information for a newbie car owner.

Third and most important, the product delivered is really good. Its really easy to maintain the car now, and the anti bacteria spray got rid of the glue smell from the new car mats. Its like killing 2 birds with 1 stone.

Very impressed with the service provided and the product delivered.

Was overseas when i contacted rendal. Was due to collect my new ride when i return home.. Once collected i sent it to groomers lab for their mastershield coating. Boss was very friendly and he was advising me on tyres and soundproofing etc. Very assuring that his products are of top quality and he's very proud of it. Now that i've driven for nearly 2 months, i've to say that im totally convinced. Very professional and shares his personal experiences to his customers .. Thank you!

This is a review after 45 days. If the product ever fail after this, i will write another review. So here goes..

I was looking around for paint protection of my black coloured car. The thing about vehicles with dark colour paint is that dust and water marks/spots are very obvious. It is also very difficult to keep the surface clean and have the "Showroom" Effect for long.

Singapore weather has this habit of raining after each wash or cleaning up. We also have our flying creatures purging their droppings anytime, anywhere, especially on vehicles that are shiny.

Researched around the usual and thought Rendall come across as being down to earth, earnest and really hardworking. Not to say that the other shops are no good. Just saying that insisting to rent a shop at the rooftop so that he can check the car under natural lighting (the sun!) is common sense to me. Definitely the best condition as compared to using artificial lights which only consist of a narrow spectrum of light frequencies.

Seeing how he and his team worked through washing, claying, drying, checking the temperature before applying the coatings and then cleaning the internals. I'm impressed with the attention to details.

My objective is to
- have paint protection from accidental light scratches when people walk past in between cars in the carpark or people carelessly opening their car doors, hitting my car door,
- prevention of damage from bird shit
- car that is easy to wash (dust and dirt) even after a few weeks of neglect. I know i'm lazy.
- water repelling to minimise water spotting, worse case is water marking.

Both the team and the product are excellent. Thanks Groomers lab!

Read and considering which one to go for the paint protection n finally decided on Groomers Lab after speaking to Rendall via WhatsApp.

If were to compare the pricing, I must say that it is on the high side, nevertheless I wanted to see what 'No Ones Can" Can do.

After 5 hours of work, I am glad to tell myself that it is money well spent and to all staffs at the lab 'A job well done'.

Rendall, time to train more staffs and open more outlets. Don't keep all other owners waiting!

Great service and quality provided by Rendall and his crew. Rendall is very knowledgable and the whole crew were meticulous in their works. Rendall even spotted some exterior defects that my eyes missed when I collected my car from the car dealer a week ago. Never regretted choosing him to groom my car. Reasonable pricing with great after-service. Will definitely patronise him again. Highly recommended!

Have been going to Groomers Lab since they first started at Synergy@KB. Awesome service by Rendall every time! Never fails to go the extra mile for his customers. Have since coated my ride 6 months ago (2nd coating) and the water beading is still there even thou I wash my car only once a month and park outdoors 95% Of the time.

Send my car to groomers lab on the day i collect my forester. Rendall did a good job to help with the inspection.

When collection you can see the difference and after a week can say the car dun get so dirty and cleaning was easy as the water just flow down the car.

Also Rendall is very good with after sales support aa i had some paint splash and he told me to go find him so he can help me to clean it up.

Decided to try Groomers Lab for my new Forester after going through the forum and also recommnedation fm a fellow Forester kaki in the chatgrp. Choose the Mastershield treatment which is their top of the range and from the photos that Randall has posted, it does seems impressive. Objective is for easy maintainance of my car.

Conveniently located at kaki bukit which is minutes fm my home, sent my car for the coating about 2 wks ago. Upon arrival, randall spent quality time explaining what the treatment entails as well as giving a good inspection of the car. Though the car may be new, u will be surprised of possible paint defects that may escape our naked eyes. Fortunately, there is not much issue with my car. I know i am leaving my car in good hands.

Randall and his team worked on my car for about 6 hrs and when i collected my car, she is thoroughly cleaned and coated with the mastershield product giving a fantastic shine and glossy finish on the paint surface. Randall explained that the coating protects fm scratches, water marks, bird poo etc. Also, he gave 3 yrs warranty of the coating.
Am pleased with the service and product and will recommend frens to give Groomers Lab a try.
