Handed rendall and his team my clc180k for grooming. They did a good job and spent time explaining the whole process of what they had done and also advice on maintaining the condition of the car.

I will not hesitate to recommend groomers lab to my friends and hopefully i can get a discount on my next detailing/maintenance =)

I sent my day old Mazda 3 to Groomers Lab for their Camui 9H Glass Coating today. I thought hard on the need of doing a coating and i scoured the forum for advice; It wasn't long before i started emailing the various detailing companies.

Among the replies, Rendall's (owner) was short, sharp, to the point and not at all market-y. This probably instilled a sense of trust. After handing my car over for a few hours, he mistakenly texted to inform me of blemishes found in "A" Car (not mine); This showed his thoughtfulness.

I collected my car, past their closing time but he graciously waited and spent 30 more minutes teaching me how to maintain and wash my car. Note that I've yet to give my comments on the coating, I have no frame of comparison but I believe it should be good (time will tell).

Their service speaks volume. Head down and see for yourself.

Great quality work and paying attention to details.
Really appreciate their effort and customer orientated attitude.

I was hunting around for a good glass coating for a 7 year old car. Found Groomers Lab to be the most approachable and competitive in terms of pricing and quality.

Randell was friendly and kind enough to groom my car on a Sunday no less. There was no rushing to get the job done and he even shared his product knowledge. He took care of the car like his own, spending a good 6hrs to restore it to mint condition. There's nothing more I could ask for seeing the effort that goes into grooming.

This is service at its best, a rarity in car grooming. Thumbs up

I popped over Groomers Lab and met Rendall, he went through the new car with a toothpick and helped me checked the car thoroughly! ...With the conversation we had, I realised that not all new Vezels are delivered equal. How and where the car was stored in the warehouse, which leather company they use for the seats as well as how they prep the car for you - these will make a difference to the condition of the car.

I can say the level of detail he goes through is what I would pay for a pre-purchase inspection for delivery defects, and I am getting it free with the package I took up with him (good pricing for vezel forum members also!!!).

He spent the whole day doing up my car interior and exterior (for a full 6+ hours) and he most definitely did a good job. I'm not a car detailing fanatic but the level of glossiness and reflectivity is just phenomenal! Not to mention how hydrophobic the coating is - you can go to his workshop to see for yourself.

Went to Groomer's Lab today for PPS for my new vehicle. Their service was superb. Their service was very detailed, and they literally left no spot untouched on both the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Had a great experience overall.

Wow Wow Thanks! To Groomers Lab for giving my new companion KoDo=Soul Motion a mirror mirror on my car a Mazda 2 Black yesterday. Although it's brand new only 2 week old but your premium glass gloss coating gives it an extra shine and a layer of protection shield and confidently fear no water marks and most importantly it seal the original paint from the exposure to corrosive UV. Appreciate your excellent workmanship for grooming with care n passion.

Did my 316 6 months ago and was very impressed and satisfied! Being a very fussy person who always wants the car to be clean, I found it was very difficult to keep the car well maintained, water spots free etc etc.. That's when I contacted Rendall and he advised me to do his famous glass coating along with water beading/sheeting. Explained to me thoroughly, answered to many of my questions and showed me many videos of the after effects and coating. The after coating maintenance is really easy, all I have to do is just pour water over the whole car and just wipe it off.. No soap or anything like that needed!

Even though the main piority was the coating, he even did the interior for me like anti-bac treatment etc etc.. Sent the car at 10am and collected around 5pm. I do not believe in rushing a person in order to get quality job done.. So I gave him all the time he needed. Came at 5pm and was stunned to see the car shining like those you see in the showroom!! I will definitely recommend others to try it out and really kudos to Rendall's skill & Workmanship!

Once you coat your car you'll feel the difference when you touch your friend's car hahaha! Thanks bro for everything!!

Groomers Lab was one of my shortlisted shops for glass coating on my new Honda Vezel.
Rendall has always been very responsive to my msgs for before & After sales inquires.
I was really impressed by his earnest attitude and he really does walk the talk.
After my glass coating was done, washing my car has been a breeze and it is ever so shiny.
My Mastershield 12H really does it job of protecting the car from brd shit, scratches and tiny stone chips.
I am only writing this review for Groomers Lab as their price is very competitive for the excellent service rendered.
Will be a returning customer for their other services in the future for sure!

Just did a complete grooming with Randell and boy was my car transformed. Most of the swirl and water marks are gone. My interior is also spruced up to be as good as new again. Two thumbs up for the professional and friendly service. Highly recommended.
