I was looking for PPS for my new car and discovered Groomers Lab from MCF forum. Went to read and ask around and heard good comments about them, so decided to engage them.

As it is my first car, I had several questions about the package as well as subsequent maintenance. Rendall was very patient in explaining the coating that they will do for my car. He also took pains to explain how to maintain the car subsequently, and even recommended basic washing products to get.

I did not stay throughput the process but I could see at the beginning that the staff working on my car was meticulous and careful, in the way he cleaned the car, pasted tapes to protect certain parts, looked for swirls, etc.

While they worked on my car, I went to Autobacs, and Rendall provided regular updates at each stage. He even entertained my questions on which product was better when I sent him pictures taken at Autobacs. So that was really great "Extra" Service. When they completed my car, both Rendall and the staff texted me, once again showing their great service.

When I got back, the first reaction my partner had was "Wow really can see the difference" Despite our car being collected just a few days ago. So that is really testament to their quality of work.

I must also add that Groomers Lab even prepared a folder containing information of the coating done, products used, date, warranty, Q&A, etc. This was totally unexpected and was really great for first timers like me. I liked that everything was well documented and captured. I don't know about other detailers but I believe this is something extra which many other detailers do not provide or do as well.

All in all, thumbs up to Groomers Lab! I will definitely recommend them to people looking for PPS.

Just collected my new car and the first thing on my mind was to send it in to Groomers Lab for the coating. It has been a wonderful experience since I started coming to Groomers Lab for car grooming and paint protection services for my previous car.

It has always been that same old reliable experience at this place. For this time, I tried the package of Nano-Ceramic Coating with V Kool Paint Protection Film (PPF) on select parts of the car. I even had the opportunity to witness the transformation of my new car to an even newer showroom look right in front of me.

I am very confident that in the upcoming weeks/months/years ahead, it will definitely be a breeze washing the car and every wipe down will leave you smiling as the car would look new again.

I am very glad to be back at Groomers Lab to do up my car and would continue to recommend anyone who wants to do it to be back at this place. I had even recommended a few of my friends and colleagues to come over for that same great experience that all of us have enjoyed.

For the type of service before, during, post that you get at Groomers Lab is indeed "None Others Can". Truly living up to the slogan!

I was referred to Randell by my sales Executive. I was quite sceptical engaging him for my car grooming especially after reading negative things about his services. Like everyone we all treat our new car like a gem especially having spent of over thousands and some hundreds of thousands and wanting to be as perfect as possible.
My experience with him was only through the mobile devices as my wife was the one bringing the car to him. Over the phone he ensured me my baby will be well taken off and during the process he updated me on the process sending me pictures of the car at various stages he is working on etc. Whatever that was promised on his website/facebook speaks for itself.
When my wife took back the car I purposely park outside with the sun shining u will be able to see any imperfection. I grab a cloth and go through every single part of the car as though I am washing it myself (if you guys wash your own car u will know what I mean). Impressive!! Impeccable
Finally, I meet up with him a few weeks later for the Window Tinting Film and there was a car grooming upstairs which he invited me to take a look. He took his time to explain to me what when through. What can I say!!!!!! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Groomerslab. Was very happy with the work done by Rendall and team. Throughout the PPS coating job, Rendall made the effort to give updates on the process. Fine swirl marks and imperfections were pointed out and meticulously corrected, resulting in a smooth and shiny looking car.

What impressed me was also their after-sales service. Rendall thoughtfully shared with me the tips on how I can maintain the PPS coating on the car. Even months after the job, whenever I texted Rendall to ask questions regarding the maintenance of the car, Rendall is always more than willing to share with me the pointers.

I can tell that Rendall really runs Groomerslab with a strong passion and he's not out to look for just a hit-and-run business.

Overall I am very impressed with the outcome and after-sales service with Groomerslab, and will totally recommend them.

Overdue review for Groomer's Lab.

Bought my car and was highly recommended by a friend to Groomer's Lab for my paint protection. Booked an appointment and got my car done. Lias with Rendall through phone and he advised a suitable package for my need, if I can remember, I did a 3-layer ceramic coating with protection films done on headlights and door handle inserts. Interior grooming as well.

When collecting the car, I can indeed see the car shine better as compared to when I collected from the dealer. Rendall took his time to explain to me on how to upkeep and protect my car. He went through in details on how my money was spent as well, from the 3-layers coat to my rims coating. And to my surprise, this coat will last me quite a long time (3 years) with at a reasonable price. He explained that is due to my habits as I always park under shelter and wash every week religiously.

The service staffs are friendly and overall experience at the lab is outstanding. Why would I say that, Rendall and his team are friendly and patience, treating all customers equal and to their best attitude. They do not have the "See you no up" Attitude.

Overall, felt that this team is out there to serve your car detailing needs. They will make you feel that your money is well spent, unlike some whom just want to squeeze you dry with lousy attitude and workmanship.

To Rendall and team, I look forward to many more car wash and grooming sessions ahead. Hope can get time slot hahaha!

First and foremost, it's rare to meet passionate people doing what they love and rarer is one that is honest, professional and competent.
My experience with Rendall is all of the above and am very pleased with his team's handiwork.

He will answer any questions you have and no hard selling whatsoever, other than that burning passion to share his knowledge and experiences.

My second new car with Groomers Lab. This time is a new black Honda Civic 1.5 Turbo from Kah Motor.

Although it's a new car from agent but upon collection, there are swirls on the entire car. Fine hairline scratches are also found on many parts of the car.

Luckily I had booked an appointment in advance with boss Rendall so that I can send my new black Honda Civic 1.5 Turbo to him to rectify swirls, hairline scratches and paint correction after collection.

Boss Rendall and his team worked on my car until 7.30pm although I hand my car to them in the morning at 9am. The number of hours they spent working on my car shows how much effort they put in to restore the car back to perfection.

At the same time also did V-Kool Self-Healing Protection Film on Door Handle Inserts, Side Mirrors & Headlights for the extra protection.

I had the confidence and trust that they can make my car shine. And they didn't disappoint me when I collect back my car from them.

Overall experience and workmanship with them was excellent. No regrets for choosing Groomers Lab. Will highly recommend anyone that is interested to do paint protection to Groomers Lab.

Have been looking around lately for a new PPS for my 3 yrs old car
Finally decided to short list & Go ahead with Groomers Lab

The price that i paid is almost the same as my previous groomer but the end result is so much different as compare to the previous one

After 2 weeks, yesterday was my 1st time i wash the car, it was a breeze. Just flush with water & Wipe dry. Less than 15 mins. Nice & Shining...........Very satisfied

Highly recommmended

I visited Groomers Lab a few days after collecting my new car. Decided to go with the Pps program suitable for my ride.

Rendal was very friendly and informative with his sharing of the pps program. The Do and Don't, Maintenance and warranty details.

The effect of PPS is very good. Definitely there is a difference before and after the coating. The water beading effect and the ease of cleaning when washing car can definitely be felt.

Thank you Rendall and his team for taking good care of my car. I have also went back to do other services such as roof wrapping.

Signed up Platinum Plus Program from Groomers Lab and never regret. Was really impressed by the quality of their service and work done to my car. After 9 months, my car is still looking good and shining. Rendall was very friendly and patient in explaining to me on how to take car of the paint work. The car wash service was fantastic as well, the staffs spent almost an hours washing my car whenever i visit them for the car wash. Will definitely introduce Groomers Lab to my friends.

I was choosing between a few PPS and ultimately decided to go with Groomers lab Platinum Plus Program based on the MCF reviews and recommendations and I am really impressed with the quality of their work. After 6 months of pps done, my A3 is still glossy shining and easy to wash by water.
Rendall was friendly and patient. I Will definitely recommend my friends to look for Rendall to protect their cars.

I was looking around for PPS on my brand new car and was recommended by my friend to Groomers Lab. Rendall was very prompt and detailed in replying to all my queries regarding the various types of coating and the packages that were offered. In the end, decided to go for the hybrid plus which comprises of both glass and ceramic coating. He was also very friendly and patient in explaining to me on the various maintenance advice on taking care and prolonging the car coating at different situations. Not only that, the great service can also be felt all the way down to his staff who are handling my vehicle. I was indeed very satisfied with the job done on my car. Thank you Rendall and his team!

I met Rendall 3 years ago and was impressed with the dedication and commitment that he put in to each and every car that came through his shop. The PP that he did lasted all these years and it was a no brainer to come back to him when it came time to change cars. He and his team took things up a knotch and was blown away by the quality of the work and service. Frequent WhatsApp updates on the progress throughout the day and suffice to say the car came out great. Get the hybrid plus option if u can as the xpel film at the boot is a fantastic idea and certainly will save u a lot of heart ache. Want you car detailing taken care of, make an appointment at Groomers Lab

I have been looking around for a good detailing workshop for a while. After reading many good online reviews of Groomers Lab, I decided to give it a shot.

I'm really glad I chose Groomers Lab because the shine and gloss of my 1.5 year Subaru Forester was fully restored! The black paint was in poor condition and I usually wash my car at petrol kiosks. After the grooming session, all the swirl marks and scratches were removed and a glass coating was applied. All these painstaking work took about 8 hours by a team of 2 guys!

I've tried other grooming services and PPS for my previous cars and I must say I'm most impressed with Groomers Lab: excellent level of shine and gloss, amount of effort and time by the team as well as the patient and candid explanation by Rendall.

In short, I would not hesitate to recommend this grooming service to anyone!
