Purchased tyres from 365 Automotive previously and few months later, the rubber of the valve stem on one tyre cracked (rubber deteriorated) which led to air leakage. Got it changed at a nearby tyre shop for $10 as I was rushing to work.

Following that, I performed an inspection for the remaining tyres and found another tyre with valve stem having cracks appearing at the base, not to the point that it had started to leak, but potentially could over time.

Asked the boss of 365 Automotive (no. Which could be found on the merchant listing page) if I could come down to get that side changed, as I didn't want to spend $ to change, or at most probably a token sum for the labour.

The worker who checked my tyre not only replaced the affected tyre which I had requested, but took the initiative to change out the valve stem of another tyre he felt was required after inspection. Best of all, it was done FOC - to the boss, pass this compliment to your workers; You've managed to retain one more customer!

Changed 4 pcs 195/50/15 Kumho PS31 here @ $70/pc (made in Vietnam). Did some research & This price was good enough for me. Previously on KU31 (which the PS31 was supposed to replace) since 2012 and about time to change them out.

I was looking around the web and saw that they are selling Kumho PS31 205/55/16 @ $85. Initially thought that it was some marketing gimmicks as usual, decided to call them up anyway. Confirmed over the phone that there will be no other charges, still quite unbelievable but still headed down to their place at kaki bukit. Place is modern with some very high tech automatic tyre changer. Triple confirm with the technicians about the pricing before commencing installation. Stand around the machines to watch it change the tyres automatically. Quite fascinating and interesting. Very professional merchant. No other hidden cost and no hard selling. Thumbs up for them.

I just got a new set of Kumho KH27 205/65/R15. And I have a great first visit experience.

They actually prepared the tyres in advanced after a belief comm via SMS.
The equipment are new and highly automated.
It take about 45 mins to change.

Payment can be made via NETS and CASH.

They even give a complementary parking coupon to exit the building.
