AVOID AT ALL COSTS — Incompetent and dishonest workshop.  Posted on 09-Jul-2026

I went in for a simple tyre puncture patch and was quoted a $10. After "Attempting" The patch, they suddenly claimed the tyre was unpatchable and pressured me into a full tyre replacement at a additional cost. They later pushed for 2 tyre replacement to make both front tyre more balance.

Multiple other workshops confirmed a puncture like this should straightforward patch so we refused their upsell and went elsewhere. They still charge $10 which i paid, as they attempted to patch the tyre.

At a trusted workshop, they found out that the hole is patched in the wrong direction, enlarging the damage to the point of being unrepairable. In other words, they turned a $10 fix into a hole so bad it cost me hundreds to replace the tyre entirely.

I do not want to make any conclusion here but not sure if they are incompetent, dishonest or both.

After attempting to repair the puncture, our technician found that the tyre was still leaking and could not be safely repaired. As safety is our priority, we recommended replacing the tyre and also offered two used tyres as a more affordable option. However, you decided not to proceed with the replacement and left the workshop.
We would like to clarify that our recommendations were made based on safety concerns, and there was no intention to pressure you into making any purchase. We sincerely apologise if there was any misunderstanding during the communication.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the repair process and will review this case internally with our technical team to improve our repair procedures and customer service.

Very disappointed with them their websites still offering Installation Balancing New Valve Nitrogen gas top-up Price: $130/Pieces Price is also inclusive of GST. No Other Hidden Cost! And what I got was $150 per Tyre x 4 Installation and that's it no other stuff as all fake . The more I think of how I got cheated the more I feel like taking action agains them. - Dave Sidhu

Hi Dave, thank you for your support. Probably you have forgotten, as per our conversation before you came, we have already updated you on the new pricing. Balancing were done on all 4 tyres. As there were existing TPMS sensor on your wheels, we were unable to replace your valves. Nitrogen was free for all, you can always come back to top up.

Very professional and ethical workshop. I have been sending my car for servicing, changing of parts and tires etc for the past 3 years and so far, the price they charged were very reasonable. The young boss is also very hospitable, he will recommend you not to fix something if it's not necessary. Strongly recommended. - Khew Kh

OK price for tyres which includes balancing, valves and GST. However, price does not include alignment though. Workmanship is ok though they pumped the tyres at different pressure 21-24 and 21-21 -.-" - soon mi

A fuss free tire replacement workshop that is transparent about its pricing and definitely one of the lowest in the market. Tire replaced are relatively new as well and balancing was done well too
