Just called them to replace the EFB battery of my Mazda 3 with start-stop engine. Amazingly they could reach my place in west within 30 mins and got my battery replaced in just 5 mins. Price is quite reasonable and definitely won't be more expensive than replacing battery in repair shops. Very friendly and professional service! - Jeffrey Kan

Discovered that my car had a flat tyre after having breakfast before we drove off. Called a few tyre shop but all were closed on Sunday. Googled and found Swift, gave the number listed on the web call and Terence responded immediately. The whole process was seamless, text him my car plate and location, he came within 10 mins, repaired my flat tyre, pump in air and payment via paynow. Settled everything within 20mins. Price were reasonable. Would highly recommend them for battery and tyre emergency services! - Esther Kuay

Wanted to go out for a drive on a Saturday afternoon and found out both my rear tires were flat. Terence arrived in 30 mins. Changed one to spare tyre as it was burst. For the other tyre he removed the nail and patched. Even gave a recommendation on where to go replace my tyre on a saturday evening. Everything was finished within 15-20 mins. so my XC60 breaks down with 4 mths left before scrapping and I'm torn between getting it towed to garage or getting it towed to scrap yard because I know there's a few things wrong with this car that I don't want to repair. Suspecting that battery might be the issue this time I searched for the best quote which was Swift. Even better they came to me so i didn't need a tow which I estimated saved me $100. Swift really did come in about 30mins and fixed a new battery in 15mins. The car came back to life so now I hope the Volvo lives on for another 4 mths. Well done swift for fixing this fast at reasonable price. I will save your number cos might need you for my next car. - Clinton Wee
