This was the first time I was renting a car locally. And it was, unfortunately, not the best of starts for me. A day after picking up the Nissan Qashqai, it overheated. But thanks to the swift response of Kim the problem was quickly resolved and he had a replacement car, also a Qashqai, waiting for me. But what impressed me most was he ensured that the replacement car had half a tank of petrol so that I didn't "lose out" as I had topped up petrol into the first car the day before. I would definitely recommend Fresh Cars to anyone wishing to rent a car. Thank you Kim - Danny Khoo

Recommended by a friend to rent from Fresh car and I would also recommend to others after driving their car for a year. My sales person is Kim and he has been such a kind and patient guy, soft spoken and without temper. Very good service from him as well, has helped me with everything I asked. First time using Fresh Cars and was served by Alvin. He was very prompt to help and provided good services and recommendations. He did a check again before handling the car to me and actually drove to their workshop to top up aircon gas and oil after checking I was heading to Malaysia, and check again in case got issues. Alvin was very detailed in explaining the car rental process, and he responded quickly to any questions. The rental process was smooth and hassle-free, and the car itself was in great working condition. However, it was a little dirty when we picked it up—possibly due to the peak CNY period. I found Fresh Cars by chance during a web search. I was attended to by Alvin. I thought of trying out for 3 months only but ended up renting from him for 2 years. He is helpful and easy to work with. He's quick to offer solutions during car troubles and very receptive to feedback. He is sincere and cares for his customers. Great service provided by Alvin. Has constant support throughout the 6 months of service. Every problem, issue was rectified and there was flexibility. In the event of bringing in a friend to rent with them, they also provided different forms of welfare/rewards for me.
