Richard was very responsive and friendly. He even went in fine detail on how to handle different situations if I find myself in an accident. He even provided me with contacts for workshops that could help me during my lease. The car provided was well-maintained and reliable. I had no problems whatsoever. The after service it’s absolutely there, I have had been using this company second time, and I will introduce to my friends who is traveling to Singapore, and I will continually have them as my car rental company in Singapore.
