Sammi were very professional and gave me a lot of insights. She made the effort to guide me on how to maintain my car. The cleaning was also very well done! Was definitely very satisfied and will return! All in all a good experience. The package i took is Signature CC36. - Pei Xiin

I just went to collect my car and to my surprise, my car was not even wash, let alone having the polishing done! I left my car at 9 am this morning and went to collect my car at 6 pm. I was some what expecting that the car may not be ready since it is the CNY period but to my dismay, my car not not even wash. The person could not provide an explanation as to why my car was not polished, except that he was not aware of the time I will be collecting my car. Since there is nothing I could do, I took my key and left the place. I hope you will understand my frustration since I took time off work to send my car for polish. I am very disappointed with my experience. - Benjamin Thong

Awesome people from Lambency Detailing‼️ My two year old car was done by another company in 2019 Jan and was 'forced' to buy package, when I rejected one of the guy's face showed not happy. I'm surprised my car was done fm 10am to 12noon...im sure that wasn't ceramic coating, for 2 hours? I'm very glad that I've found LAMBENCY DETAILING, just collected my car...awesome, love it😍They are very professional, promised and delivered above my expectation. After feedback about their washing and the damage caused to my sunglass, Matthew made the effort to apologise for his staff about damaging the sunglass and offered to redo the car and pick up the car from my place and deliver it back.
