Awesome people from Lambency Detailing‼️ My two year old car was done by another company in 2019 Jan and was 'forced' to buy package, when I rejected one of the guy's face showed not happy. I'm surprised my car was done fm 10am to 12noon...im sure that wasn't ceramic coating, for 2 hours? I'm very glad that I've found LAMBENCY DETAILING, just collected my car...awesome, love it😍They are very professional, promised and delivered above my expectation. After feedback about their washing and the damage caused to my sunglass, Matthew made the effort to apologise for his staff about damaging the sunglass and offered to redo the car and pick up the car from my place and deliver it back. They take pride in their work and ensure that the end result is of the highest quality, which in my opinion, they did deliver. I was liaising with Matthew and his support was superb. I went to Lambency Detailing because of the good reviews as shown. I did a lot of comparison online and they are not the cheapest in the market but I was looking for quality and after sales support. Took the drop and went for the Signature Coating + 3 Stage Paint Correction + Signature Interior and I was very glad that I chose them. The personnel in charge of my vehicle is Matthew and he was upfront on what would come out of the job. He managed my expectations well and gave me quality work. No hard selling tactics. Try it for yourself to see as reviews can only bring you this far. I would say among all the grooming centers I been, this was my best experience. - Yang Jingkai
