Very prompt and quick battery change. Booked 7pm appointment and arrived on time. One staff worked on the changing of battery while the 2nd staff explained the fees and the Do and Don't in order not to void the 6 months warranty (Nissan NV200, Diesel). Priced at $250 + $30 service charge. I'm not sure if the price is competitive, but I sure don't mind paying for a good service. - Ming Wei Chai

Appt time 2200-2300; arrived at 2305hrs. Mechanic arrived with black face, kept grumbling that it was difficult to replace my car batt, remarked that he should charge more for this and even told me that I installed rubbish (grounding wires and voltage stabiliser). You are not doing charity. It's a paid job. This is my one and only time caling you guys. - Built To Last

Thanks for your feedback. If your vehicle is not in its original state you shld have informed our sales team So that they can update the service guy what to look out for. By installing grounding cables, voltage stabilizer, and other form of upgrades which runs across or on top of the car battery will hinder the removal and installation of the new battery, with so many expose cables, it would also be dangerous for them to perform a backup procedure while doing the change.

Our mechanics are experienced enough to handle most situations but pls do update the next service guy what to look out for as your vehicle is not in its original state as they might charge extra for workmanship which i believe our mechanics didn't charge you for. Have a good day.

Super highly recommended. Very experienced in changing my car battery. Done the change very swiftly and fast. Good price was given for the changing of a new Amaron battery. Thumb up for Battery Empire! Will recommend to all my friends.
