The skills of Infratint's crew for installation of their solar film is impeccable. Came twice. Installed on my first car - front windshield and 2 side windows using their top solar film. 2nd time came back with my 2nd car. I decided I'll skip and go to other installers after seeing their crew for a 2nd time. Deducted one star. Staff seems to be using luring tactic to try to get to commit more and more. Was told removal of solar film on car was $20. Then when I decided to do the side windows as well, I was told every piece is chargeable at $20.<

Hmmmm.....this was not mentioned on Infratint's website. $20 one time charge is ok. If I'm doing whole car, $120 removal charge for existing solar film? Considering I'm spending $400 on windshield and 2 front sides...Come On...Sherman...you can give your customers a break! Can't just keep adding in the hidden costs to unsuspecting customers. Be upfront and put it up on your website.

One star deducted for their crew's 'insistence' on using only Mandarin as a form of communication. Out of ten plus guys standing around my car, only the one that communicates in Mandarin willing to speak up. So English speaking, Eurasian, Malay and Indian customers all don't need to come to Infratint to do their solar film unless you can communicate in Mandarin! - Daniel

Went on 18 Jan 2020 Saturday morning to do up the film. Infratint Staff were friendly and explained the various film to me in details. They also explained which are the film that I should use that could comply with LTA regulation as my stock Honda has black window, i could not use certain film.

About 3 people were working on my car and it was quite efficient and fast. Took them about 2 hours plus to settle. So far no bubbles or any issue after installation. Very happy about it. Heat was cut down to some extend way better than what my PI has installed for me.

Before you purchase they will make sure all details are made known to you and no hard selling at all. It's all logical selling at your own comfort. Level of details and explanation is excellent. Staff were been helpful and they will try to meet your request whenever they can. Warranty is digitalis and you won't need to keep a copy of the receipt.
