The boss, Wayne is a humble, down-to-earth and friendly guy. Was a little apprehensive going so far to ulu west area to do my car but absolutely no regrets now. After 3 weeks, the Cquartz finest retains 80 - 90% Of its shine and its quite tough, no scratches and very easy to clean! Awesome!

After comparing several other PPS, decided to go with Supremo. Chosen the finest package, as there's promotion running.

This is my first time doing PPS, so I decided to stick around the shop while they are working on my car. Wow, I'm impressed, the waiting area is nice, and you get to see how they perform their magic on all the cars that came in. I was lucky to witness how easy it was to remove dirt/stain on a few cars which came back for maintenance wash. Equally impressed by Wayne who took the time to explain about his products and the procedures. The crew were friendly too, which is always a plus :)

Too bad the location is quite far from my place. Still, I'm a happy and satisfied customer.

Hi went Supremo after comparing between few pps detailers. No regrets at all. As my vezel is silver I was sceptical at how shine can a silver can be. Was impressed initially by Wayne's detailed explanation on wat is going to be done on my car. He gave very good pointers n tips on maintenance n cleaning my car. Went home n came back 5 hrs later. My car was almost ready n I was impressed by the shine n slick feel of the car. Interior also nicely done up. Never seen my leather seats so black n shine. The package includes 1 free maintenance n 2 quick maintenance. Worth every penny. Hey ppl dun wait already. Just text Wayne or give him a tinker. U won't regret. Thank you Wayne n team at Supremo. Have been dealing with Wayne for some time and find that his professionalism and service qualities are excellent for any detailer I've met. He came highly recommended from the Vezel fraternity and I was not disappointed at all. He was meticulous in his explanation in what he was offering to do for the car and even went the extra mile to help me out with the interior package. I was astounded when I collected my car and the shine was amazing. Even my Rims had me shocked at how beautiful they were even though my car was only a week old. Highly recommended as even his price is extremely compelling. I wish him all the best and hope he expands on the other side of the island so its nearer to my place in the North East. I for one will rest assured as I have a few more maintenance appointments with him in the following years to keep my ride protected and shiny.

I was looking for a PPS job for my Volvo S60 and searched MCF for popular detailers. Avoided possibly over-rated ones with mixed results and dialed up my shortlist.

Spoke to a couple of them and even visited one before I actually got to speak to Wayne (the boss) over the phone. He immediately came across as truly passionate about what he does and the CQuartz coating he uses. Asked noob questions about PPS, warranty coverage, maintenance and he very patiently answered them over the phone without being pushy on his best - CQuartz Finest and at the same time offered much information in return. Essentially it promised to be one of those comfortable business-consumer relationship.

Did a bit more research of the product CQuartz Finest and soon realized it has great reviews globally and is pretty exclusive. Reviews on forum of the workmanship and services offered by Supremo also tipped the scale in their favour.

Just had my car done up today by Supremo with Finest and I am here to attest the reviews about them is validated. Nice workmanship, friendly team that appears passionate about what they do. In person, Wayne as a business owner is about as non-pushy and easy-going about their services as it gets. As I remember, I was the one initiating the questions on possible add-ons and maintenance options. He has a keen eye for details, bordering on OCD. But in this line, that coupled with honesty are truly positive character traits any car owner would love to have in their detailer.

In the end, the results speak for itself. After seeing the finished work, I happily signed up for some add-ons. Great value measured against the quality of work and results.

I have been looking for a couple of pps but finally stream down to cquartz finest due to good review by others Vezel folks...

Wayne has briefed in detail on what is going to be done before starting his work.. I was afraid that my car color black is not something easy to manage the shines. But the moment, I received my vehicle. I am impressed he could make it so much above my expectation. He also explained the leather condition differ my car that could result in different color tone

Another thing that draw me to Supremo is the assurance of the duration longevity plus the full maintenance and quick maintenance add on.

I did quite a lot of research and had narrowed down my list to a few known detailers. Reason for finally choosing Supremo was mainly because:

Product - CQuartz. Read a lot fantastic reviews on this product and wanted to give is a try
Pricing - Overall the package is very reasonable. Pretty much complete coverage with no hidden costs. With full maintenance and quick maintenance thrown in, to be used on a later date.
Staff - Wayne is very customer oriented. Patiently went through all the products that will be used and the process involved. Also gave us tips and tricks on how to upkeep the car.
Location - Very convenient for Westies. The workshop is also very well maintained with a cosy waiting room.

So far, I am very happy with the end result. Car looks like it just roll out of the showroom. Will be going back for a wash and check by Supremo. Just to be sure that the detailing is as perfect after allowing the product to settle down for a week (free of charge).

Will definitely recommend them to friends.

What everyone is saying or praising about Wayne and his staff is true and more. They are about as good as you are ever going to get bar none.

Did my PPS work Supremo CQuartz Finest after reading through reviews on MCF and getting some quotes from various PPS vendors. Add many others have mentioned, the boss Wayne is humble and not pushy, his staff are friendly, and they meticulously detailed my car as if it's their own.

Have to also mention their great after sales service. I had some scratches on my vehicle on two separate occasions, and Wayne not only immediately arranged for me to go to his workshop to remove them, but also did not change me anything.

Only issue for me is that the location (in the West) is a bit inconvenient for me, but their superb attitude and service is worth it.

Got to know Supremo through a friend who was also looking to do pps for his vezel but mine was a black vezel. I was almost committed to another pps service provider but realised that supremo was a better deal if you went for the extra frills for black cars. Typically, the workshop will charge extra if the car requires extra polishing, especially black cars, they will charge a considerable sum extra.

Why I went over to supremo was because supremo do not charge extras for services like "Polishing" (black cars takes a very long time to polish as the colour is most sensitive to light scratches and can be very apparent), "Window coating" (creates beading effects even on windows, so you see the water droplets flying up when you are driving in the rain), "Rims coating". In summary, it was more valuable to go for Supremo package versus other workshops which charges lower for basic pps and charge add ons which are essentially, especially polishing.

As I mentioned previously, my vezel was a black one and the polishing from the PI was horribly done which left me a lot of scratches and swirls. Looks horrible under the sun! Wayne and his team, put in so much dedication to polishing my black car into a beauty and they spent a good 6 hours polishing it. If it was other workshops, I'm very sure they would surprise me with a bomb later, telling me that I have to pay for this additional man hours. That said, if you want a perfect job, you must be prepared to leave your car at the workshop for a while as it takes a lot of effort to do a perfect polish. Trust me, its worth it.

After the whole job, Wayne took the effort to follow up and check to see if there were any missing spots that were not polished as well as the other parts of the car. One thing I really like about Supremo was the warranty they gave. For the Cquartz finest, it had a 5 year warranty. What this means is, any light scratches that can be polished away, would be done up by supremo when you go for their car wash (only $10 per session). For other workshops, those they say warranty, but they just talk abt the beading effect and thickness of the remaining coating and they don't give free polishing of the light scratches.

About the product Cquartz finest, it's a technology made in Japan and can only be bought by workshops that has "Passed" Cquartz test of polishing and applying the pps. A few workshops tried to apply to retail cquartz finest pps but got rejected as you need to demonstrate high quality skills in polishing and method of applying pps. So in terms of skills, you can be comforted that Wayne and his team is qualified to handle your previous car.

Also, the interior is polished nice and clean. Initially, the leather was polished with a conditioner that is glossy but my personal preference was matt for the leather. Told Wayne about it and he himself removed the conditioner with a leather cleaner and repolished my leather with a matt conditioner. All this with no extra charge nor did I get any bad attitude.

All in all, I have no regrets and am very satisfied in taking on the cquartz finest pps package with Wayne. To be honest, I'm a very fussy customer and can also be a difficult one. However, this process has been simple and pleasant. During and after service has been on the ball and transparent. No surprises. 100% Recommend.

I compared several companies for PPS as it was my first time getting a new car. Decided to go with Supremo after meeting with Wayne and his team.

Sent my car down to his workshop immediately after collecting from my PI. Wayne and his team had noticed a deep scratch (refer to photos) on the left side of my car - i missed it due to collecting the car indoors. They spent a lot of time on my car, but was unable to remove the deep scratch. I had to send it to the PI workshop to remove it.. Long story short, it was extra work for Wayne's team, as they had to re-coat the part that the PI is going to rectify.
They coated the rest of the car for the time being, and was ready to re-do my car after the scratch issue was settled.

I went to the PI workshop the next day to rectify the scratch, and headed back to Supremo. They took my car and made it beyond glossy!

I will strongly recommend Supremo;

Customer service:
- Wayne offered to coat my entire ride for CNY period, and re-coat again after I rectified the deep scratch (PI told me might need to wait until after CNY due to peak period)
- Wayne also offered to drop by, if he was in the area, at the PI workshop to help me inspect my car

Value for money:
- Very honest transaction. Despite having the extra labor and hours to do my car twice, I only had to pay the pre-agreed amount for my PPS package.

I kena bird shit shortly after my PPS was done. Super easy to rinse off with water, see the hydrophobic effect also shiok.. A bit of water the shit come off already, but i use the whole bottle to see the sheeting effect lol. Will continue to review after a few months!

Worth every buck and more for Supremo!

Bought my black vezel 8months ago. Never really take care of it. Workplace parking no shelter. Poor vezel always got wet and strong glaring sun burning it. Cny nearing therefore wanna pamper my vezel. When to the forum and got info of SUPREMO car detailer. Therefore gave it a try. Contact the boss Wayne, got the price and find it very reasonable. No other hidden cost like other detailer. Alhthough they start work at 10am, Wayne agree to take in my car at 8am cos i got at 8.30am. My car was one heck of a job. Definitely not an easy job. Every day rain shine on my vezel causes all the water mark and stain on the car so tough to get rid. Eventually i got my car, i was shock to see my vezel in tip-top shiny condition better den i got it brand new. Really need to give Wayne and his team credit for their hardwork. Really appreciate it. You never let me down with your professional and detail work. Definitely will recommend more frens to you cos i noe my face would be throw with your quality finishing.

Was thinking between Supremo and my ex detailer as my ex detailer moved to Ubi. In the end gave Supremo a try and never regretted my choice.

Wayne is a very patient boss who answer my queries very promptly. When i reached the workshop, he spend time explaining to me about his product and assure me with his friendly attitude that my car will be in good hand with him.

When the car is ready, he send me a picture of my car to show me the end result, which i am very impress with. With his attitude and workmanship, i believe that it is a matter of time that he will have many loyal customer that will stick by him.

Excellence customer service including prompt replies to my queries and most important there are follow up messages/calls. Wayne and his team are proficient in their work and very knowledge in explaining the do and don't pertaining to car care.

They go the extra miles to explain to me the condition of my car and advise on the required maintenance. Definitely 110% Passionate and serious about their work and quality.
