Went to Supremo after recommendation from a friend. As this is the first time doing paint protection, I was not sure what to expect. Completely satisfied with their dedicated service after having done the CQuartz Finest on my new ride! Wayne did a great job by explaining how to care and maintain the coating when I picked up my car after the job is completed. It is super simple for a lazy person like me who is too lazy to clean my own car :-). As it was raining when I drove back, I can see the hydrophobic effect on the windscreen and bonnet! Feels great! Simple drying with microfiber cloth after the rain and the car is shiny again!
Wayne also provides mobile services which is a great benefit for me as I stayed in the east.

Pros:

Takes great care of my car
Very passionate on their service
Many other things that will leave you a satisfied customer!

Cons:
They are in the west but I stayed in the east :-p
But having traveled all the way there and leaving as a satisfied customer, I don't mind the travelling at all!

Wayne and his team was nice enough to accept my request to have my car detailed on a Sunday morning due to my busy schedule. Upon reaching the shop, Wayne spent almost 30 mins to explain to me the 3 different packages in detail. The pros and the cons, so that i will be able to make an informed decision. He was patient, kind and understanding towards me to find out what i really want for the end result. I finally made a choice to go for the CQUARTZ Finest, which is the best decision since i have gotten hand on this car.

As mine was a pre-owned car, the condition was not really in a fantastic condition. Wayne and his team went the extra mile to ensure i return as a fully satisfied customer, which i did a couple of hours later.

Thank you Wayne and your team for the superb workmanship and effort to make my car look like a new one. The gloss and shine is UNBELIEVABLE!

Didn't really bother with my car exterior for my previous rides. Was intro to PPS in forum and gave it a try.
2 months since and still felt $ well-spent.
And fortunately met a good car Detailer!
Supremo highly recommended and the boss is really seriously with his work!

Surfed through the Net and feedback from users, and decided on Supremo. It was an excellent experience. Did the cQuartz finest package last week. Im the sort of person that if you treat me good, I'll do the same, which is exactly what I'm gona do.

Location
- Location is convenient, especially for those staying or working in the west. Theres makan places nearby if you are hungry.

PPS treatment
- Mine is a new car, abt 1 mth old. After the treatment, it looks much2 glossier as compared to when I collected the car from the AD. The package includes the interior as well which made it look damn clean and shiny. Tip top work.

Staff
- Wayne the boss is very responsive. All messages and calls were promptly attended to. He came down earlier to meet me even though his shop officially open later.
- I can certainly vouch that he is very particular about ur car. Even during his presentation to me the first time i saw him before i make any decision, he used gloves to touch the car. That was really wow. Somehow, that's assuring for me that I can leave my car there for them to take care of it.

Post treatment experience
- My car was hit with multiple bird poo in Malaysia, and these are easily cleaned off.
- It rained as well, and somehow, when e water dries itself (without me wiping there and then coz i was a bit lazy), the stains were there (barely visible), but certainly not as bad as before the treatment. After i came back, I wiped it and it was damn easy to make it shine again.

Now, this is the part where its truly amazing for me.
- My car unfortunately got a dent at the back. So Wayne took a look at it, and advised that he can get a workshop to do it up for me. Price is abt the same as I expected as Ive been scouring around for that. So what he did was that he sent the car to the workshop for me, after that, get the car back to his workshop to work on the PPS treatment. Downtime was 2 days, which was ok for me. All these were done backend which for me, as a customer, saves me a lot of time.
- That is not all. Wayne was honest enough to tell me that the part that had been repaired has yet to be completed for the treatment and asked me to come back on another day to complete it. He only managed to do a lil bit on that part. To be honest, if he hadn't told me, i would not have noticed! So, thats honesty on his part for you.

I got my car back in end Nov 2015. And was still doing some search for a nano coating for my car.
I was no in a hurry until accidentally scratch my new car while negotiating a tight corner at my office car park. :(

That's force me to check around and I saw some good comment on Supremo. And decided to give a call to Wayne , (owner of the shop) and ask him if he could also help with my car scratches.

Wayne said he will do his best to help touch up with no extra cost.

At the workshop . Wayne very patience discuss on the type of package that is available and how he will help on the scratch.

At the end I chose the Supremo Cquartz with3 years warranty package as I plan to change my car after 3 to 5 years :).

I was very pleased with Wayne workmanship, at least now the scratches is less visible as is too deep a cut to remove all. Until perhaps when I got more scratches I will ask him to help with a respray o my car.

I researched a lot on the internet but do not usually post reviews on forums.

I just did a paint protection coat (ceramic quartz finest) from Supremo and it has been almost 2 months after applying cquartz finest on my car, and hence I would like to leave a well deserved comment to Wayne and his team.

In Oct, I chanced upon ceramic quartz finest in my research and decided to give Supremo a call, there were only 2 reviews in sgcarmart at that time.

The guy who answered identified himself as Wayne and we discussed
PPS products over the phone. He gave the quotations and provided detail comparisons between each product that he carries.
I asked him where the product is manufactured, how long it lasts and why ceramic quartz finest is 2H comparing to other products which are 9H. Wayne is not pushy during our entire conversation, instead the talk develops into sharing how to take care of cars. I have done my own hand waxing and buffing in the past (previous car) and I know how tough and tiring it is.

When I finally decided to take up the package, I drove over to his workshop. Wayne is a friendly guy and greeted me at his shop front.
I am a very particular person when it comes to cars, and I specifically told him my expectations :P
-No swirl marks
-No white residues on plastics and rubbers
-Coating on car door handles as this is where the most scratches will occur
- I hate brake dusts (Wayne told me he will apply a DLUX coating on my sports rims to reduce grime and brake dust so that it is easier to wash off)

When I collected my car in the evening (6 hours later), I was surprised and impressed with Wayne and his team’S work. On top of what I mentioned above, his team also applied a flybyforte on the windscreen to repel rain and also leather protection coat on the car seats.

Lastly I also want to take the opportunity to mention that every PPS requires regular washing to take care of your beloved car. I have been washing my car twice a week since then. You just need water and a good soft cloth to wipe off and dry, there is no need for any car shampoo and wax. Most importantly, wipe bird poo and tree saps away as soon as you can.

It's been 2 months now and my car (white) still looks as new and the water beading hydrophobic effect remains excellent.

It may not be the cheapest in the market, but i would strongly recommend Wayne's team. It is definitely worth every dollar I paid for.

Since I booked my K3 back in 3rd week of Oct 15, I have been searching for solution for PPS, and narrowed down my selection to select few, with Supremo was one of them. I have been in contact with Wayne since then, until I finally sent in my car for Regular CQuartz done on 4th Dec. Not only did Wayne honor what he quoted for me back in end Oct (which promotion should have lapsed by the time I sent in my car), he was also very patient and friendly during our Watsapp conversation. True to what other reviews have highlighted here, Wayne did not even try to push for sale. He did highlight on strength and weaknesses of each of his packages, and let customer to decide. Wayne also shared a lot of knowledge about how to maintain the car after the treatment & PPS, and what should and should not be done. All these were on top of his team high level of workmanship. When I picked up the car after leaving for 6 hours there, I was impressed on the finishing. When my car tackled rain earlier this afternoon, I can see the water gliding down my front windscreen, smooth and nice.. And right after I parked the car, I wiped away the rain water using the microfibre cloth he provided, and I was pleasantly surprise on how easy it was to wipe the car dry.. For the money spent, I felt that I did not only get good product and professional workmanship, but also good advise which he shared. A very good work, indeed.

Gotta give credit when due. In short, great product but more importantly, exceptional service! Boss and staff are passionate about grooming and takes pride in their work. Accommodated after hours touch up request due to minor accident with no grumble. Genuine people who are friendly and can be trusted. Cheers.

What I like about boss Wayne is that he will never hard-sell to you on products and services that you don't need.

Their new set up, attitude of staffs, professional, know what they are doing, workmanship, impressed me a lot. His team spent the whole day doing up my car interior and exterior (for a full 6+ hours) and definitely did a good job. Upon inspection the level of glossiness and reflectivity is just phenomenal! Not to mention how hydrophobic the coating is - you can go to the shop facebook as I have upload a video.

Very friendly and down to earth boss who also does the actual PPS coating together with his staff.

The work shop is nice and clean, and convenient for those living / working in the west. The staff did a thorough job of cleaning the car, including the internal paint, leather seats, carpets etc

just did the PPS today and already got into the rain, felt great to see all the water beading away with the windows and car actually dry when i reached home.

Will review more after a few weeks when the PPS has cured and if the water beading/hydrophobic effects remain strong.

Sent my 3 yr old car down for 9H nano paint protection. Was impressed by Wayne's professional attitude in patiently explaining the whole process as well as the difference in various paint protection brands to me. It was a great lesson for me :)

As mine is not a brand new car, the team has to spend more effort and time to perfect the whole grooming process. I really appreciate what they have done for my car. I believed only those who are very passionate about cars can do to this extend.

Thanks Wayne for detailing me all the details before start to work on my vezel white. I asked him what time can I get my car but he just said he don't do a rush job. I was amazed with his company professionalism as i saw a merc really took hours to do paint correction polishing. When I took my car, it was glossy but its even glossier the next day after the finest took effect. After few days of recent raining, my car still looks as glossy. Well done Supremo!
