This is the second time I have engaged the services of Battery Tyre Road Rescue. Both incidents was attended by Nicholas.The response time was instant and he arrived within 20 mins.Nicholas was very professional and was able to troubleshoot the issue at once. The first time was due to battery depletion as I was on long holiday, we did a jump start procedure and the issued was resolved within 5 mins. He did not hard sell a new battery to me, he told me that based on his assessment, my current one was still ok. My second time just happened today, as expected, he came within 20mins and promptly changed a new battery for me. Overall an honest and reliable company with an exemplary staff. Nicholas promptly answered my initial text, was in constant communication after that, and was very quick to replace my dead battery. His professionalism extended to helping fix other electronic issues with my car. He even bothered to check up on my car a few days after. Very people-oriented. Received notification that my Estima's battery voltage is low and immediately trying to look for someone nearby as I have a guest renting my car in 1 hour Nicholas fast response and he came to my carpark within 25mins. Battery checked and changed within 10mins, he also gave me some tips for battery care which I really appreciates it thank you for saving my life - Aishah Isa
