Great experience with Nicholas. Our first experience with a flat tire. We obtained 3 quotations from 3 different companies and we chose Battery Tyre because Nicholas' service was the best over the phone, the price was the lowest and he could come the fastest! He surprised us by arriving in less than 20min. He readily gave advice on how to see the wheel alignment, how often to maintain our wheels and the next steps after the repair. I've encountered a battery failure for my car and gave Nicholas a call. Came within 40 mins and battery was changed very smoothly. Nicholas was also very friendly and shared some advice regarding the batteries and also did some computer diagnostics to make sure that the battery is working properly. Just so nice, my vehicle could not start due to flat battery. Battery Tyre Road Rescue came at the best time! Reach my vehicle in Marsiling multistorey carpark within 1 hour and got my car battery replaced in no time! The guy's very professional and friendly! I feel price wise is really acceptable. Imagine traditionally I had to call tow truck, follow to workshop to replace battery then i can start my errands. Thank you so much for saving my day! Highly recommended to everyone! FYI, the victim vehicle was a BMW 216d. - Richmond Lim

Great services, good skills! First time to own a car and first time encountered battery flat issue till the car can't start up or even drive to battery shop. Provided a superb service and also help to clear car error after changing battery. Should give them a chance if unfortunately encounter battery issue.
