I couldn't start my car today. Wasn't sure if it was a battery issue but decided to call for help. I googled and found BTRR. It was a straight forward call and was told that help will arrive within 30 minutes. The wait was short and I was given notice ahead of time by Nicholas who arrive in about 15 mins. Nicholas knew his work, using his tool to show that my car battery was indeed flat and needed a replacement. Work was done efficiently and was done within 10 mins. Nicholas even helped to confirm that the alternator was working properly and it was just a battery issue. Payment was convenient via paylah and battery came with a one-year warranty. The whole replacement experience was very pleasant; from a point where I was anxious not knowing what was wrong with my car, to one where I know i'm in good hands when Nicholas demonstrated his experience and carried out his work efficiently.
