I just got an accident and my car was hit by the side. I went to Complete VMS to do the accident report. The staffs were friendly and helpful to sort things out. Mr Sia- Senior Operations Manager was quick and able to evaluate the costs of repair of my car on the spot. All items were clearly identified and he recommeded to either repair or replace based on the best option of costs and results. Superb service! Was unfortunate to get into a minor accident, however contacted Mr Seah who arranged for tow truck (super good service and attitude, reassuring too) all the way to workshop.
