Let's face it, no matter kind of high praise I may hear about a mechanic, I will always approach my first visit with a sense of dread and scepticism. I don't know THAT much about cars and I'm not made of money, so it is going to take quite a bit to gain my trust.

This being said, I am pleased to report that my experience at MSP was every bit as good as my friend said it would be! What really stood out was the information about the condition of my car that Calvin & His team provided after their diagnosis.

I hadn't previously experienced this kind of transparency with an auto repair shop, and it was much appreciated. Calvin told me they would get back to me promptly with a diagnosis, and not start working on the vehicle without my consent. I felt the price was fair and my overall experience satisfactory, which it was! I am very happy to have found a reliable mechanic, and will certainly be returning for next maintenance or repair job.

Worst experience , and service of my life …long waiting and down times and almost no feedback !! , this was what I encountered with the Agents and another so called Continental Workshop ! I almost did not want to write this 5 star review …….. Till I went to MSP - this place is great ! Cool guys !

I have a Cayenne Gts that's getting on in mileage and having some real maintenance issues. The only difference between here and dealer is it's openness by Calvin & His crew . You will get to be shown the problems & Highlighted & Explained there & Then whereas at the dealers' - someone on the phone speaks to you until you make a 2nd or 3d trip down…..It sucks!!

These guys tell you honestly what they would do if it was their car and they even stayed late for me to pick up my car. I'm extremely satisfied and now even recommend & Trusted them with my family cars. If your car is more than several years old, they might give you a few options rather than quote you the full bundle of work that will blow a hole in your pocket. Highly recommended!

I am really not one to provide reviews in general..,but I was super surprised by the level of service provided by MSP's Calvin & His staff.

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. My car was with them for 3 months due to parts delivery problems which wasn't their fault. I was kept up to date about the progress, and the finished work looks amazing. I even asked if their mechanic could look at one of my car keys which wasn't working, and Calvin had his staff fitted a new key battery for me free of charge and even drove me from my office .

Can't ask for better service than that. I highly recommend MSP unreservedly.

MSP exceeded my expectations in both the quality and the range of service given. I regret sticking with main dealers and going to Johor workshop and not coming to MSP earlier.

I am very happy with the work carried out on my gearbox & Engine on my beloved Cayenne. The work was carried out professionally and I was kept up to date with how the repairs were going.

I found out from other workshops, my repair cost for gearbox & Engine could easily hit the roof. But Calvin especially, kept his word to cap the repair cost .

Calvin's personally monitor and oversee the repairs with pictures & Videos of the progress. This is so assuring!

We had one minor hiccup which was dealt with very professionally and very quickly to my satisfaction. I can assurely say I can recommend MSP to anyone.

I just wanted to go on record with my sincere thanks to Calvin & Dee @MSP and the quality of service in my hour of need. My 2 cars, a BMW & A Carrera had been making some horrific noises.

All these while, my cars were service by agent, I was so frustrated they quoted me 5 figure pricing to resolve especially when both my cars were only 5 years old.

The cars was booked in at my earliest convenience, first thing next day , Dee explained in detailed what had gone wrong, what needed to be done and how much it would cost.

The work was carried out and I picked the car up with a full detailed explanation from Calvin how to take care of my cars. I was in fact an idiot who had completely worn down his brake pads, coolant pipings & Belt !

I would have no hesitation in recommending MSP to friends and family.

Recently I asked Calvin to service my car and put everything right to make my car a safe one to drive. The workshop I used previously, never explained what was needed and serviced my car with a lot of if and buts.

Two days later, warning lights appeared on my dashboard. I phoned the garage about this, and the mechanic told me I need to go to a Porsche dealer, as they do not have the computer equipment to cope with specialist cars. When I told Calvin that I wanted a safe car to drive, with no if or buts, he took these words to heart and had his team of mechanics carried out a thorough investigation.

About 5 hours later, he advised the car needed new brake discs, new engine oil, new filters, new handbrake cable and a number of other issues, which were important to make my car safe and efficient with fair pricing.

He showed me all the parts he replaced and was concerned that the car filters had never been changed. A car can be a dangerous machine and it is important for owners to keep it safe to protect themselves as well as others. Calvin personally oversee his team to carried out a thorough investigation and has given me the confidence to express my satisfaction. I therefore would have no hesitation in recommending Calvin (MSP) to others.

Dear Calvin & The entire MSP Repair Team, I wanted to drop you a note of appreciation for the exceptional service you have provided to me. Beginning from the moment i called that my Porsche broke down on the road last year. This thank you note is far outdated as I should have posted it last year.

And when my car broke down again & You guys came to my house, I'm reminded you guys deserved this credit as your guy, Dee stayed with me until the tow truck delivered my "Sick car" To the exhaustive work done by the team to diagnose the problem, then digging until you found the parts at a reasonable cost and finally the excellent craftsmanship of the repair. My Panamera recently decided to make a terrible noise from the engine and worrying that it would die on my commute I drove it over to Calvin @ MSP to get a my car properly investigated.

They quickly were able to diagnose that my A/C Compressor had seized up as well as there was damage to my belt. Sadly, this was a relatively expensive fix, especially on a late model car but Calvin & His team was fantastic and was able to find the part (least expensive) and get it rushed to the garage, shipping out that same day.

I had gotten a few other quotes from nearby places, and they were

a) much more expensive (especially since they didn't look for a cheaper compressor to buy; And cooling coil)

b) were less accommodating and friendly as MSP

c) they obviously seem to be adding a lot of other things to expand my quote to a couple of thousand bucks!

Calvin is an absolute joy to work with. My car is currently sitting in their garage now and I am very pleased with how they were able to fit me into their schedule and treated me as a human instead of a cash cow that they could make the most money off.

MSP will be my regular auto repair shop in the future and I needn't be bothered to waste time checking out prices at other workshops.
It's the people of the workshop not the nice sparkling clean flooring or decoration that defines the Garage. High recommend MSP.

These people have checked out our car an refused payment because they felt what they did was so insignificant. Every time we have called around to price things out, they have quoted us a lower price than anyone else…and even if the actual price of repairs went over, they have stuck with the price they first quoted us.

My whole family goes to these guys because they are so honest. Seriously. MSP service is the only other person I know in Auto workshop who is as breathtakingly honest. They're good, they know what they are doing, and they won't take advantage of you.

MSP at Kaki Bukit Ave 4 has won so many accolades for a reason, they are simply above and beyond what anyone would expect from a repair shop. Professional, caring and courteous, the staff are all great and I put my full trust in their expertise. There has been several times they have addressed issues without even charging me. Dee is a real gentleman, I can't say enough good things. My wife loves his patience & Practical, simple explanation. Keep doing what you're doing, it is appreciated!

Honesty with a pinch…. True hurts though. Now I have to pay the high price. Having driven my favourite Panamera for 8years, I realised my workshop had shortchanged me considerably. I was shocked having spent $40k plus for nothing when MSP 'supervisor Dee shown me the leaks, the sloppy glues & Duct tapes on in all the places, the damage seals & Torn coolant hoses not fix but modified cut and glue like bandages !

Am so infuriated! Now, I had to get it UNDONE in order to be able to driver for next 2 years, my heart sunk that my previous "Porsche" Workshop that I patronised for years had taken me for a ride.

Had i not given MSP's Dee the approval to open up the engine to get right to the bottom of the misfire, I wouldn't be able to know the dept of mishandling & Lies. I'm glad at least Dee gave me a breakdown list on priority moving parts so I can do my repairs in stages within my monthly budget.

Good, reliable service is given here and I attest to it. The value-added point is MSP's Calvin & Dee are damn right honest. Be warn, they don't' hold back any punches. Glad to have an honest Mechanic on your favourite car.

Diagnosis revealed an expensive problem with my Porsche. Not a happy position. However MPS's Mechanic, Dee explained clearly what was happening and why the replacement of the parts was necessary.

Guys, a word of caution through my painful experience; If your car have high mileage (>100k), all the more you have to perform major servicing. Carbon built up, oil leaks, coolant leaks are signs of bigger expensive problems

Distributor's diagnosis was inaccurate and that leads me to one issue to another loosing 6months including 2 months wait. Dee on the other hand dealt with the situation very professionally and in a very helpful manner. They explanation with proven evidence satisfied me. Truly highly recommended.

I saw the reviews on SGCARMART & Thought I try out MSP. And am someone who is don't share good stuff however, I must comment MSP.

I noticed Calvin & Dee test fluids before recommending flushes, eliminating unneeded services and $$$. And most people approach auto repair with trepidation and fear over being overcharged for unnecessary work. While it turned out my Volvo & Porsche may need major work, I'd been informed it was coming. So even though the work was needed sooner than expected, it was not a huge surprise. I'd been planning for the expense. One fact I salute MSP - Calvin & Dee don't fix what ain't broke to up sell up their sales! Thanks Calvin, Dee ! Will arrange next appointment.

While trying to find out what was wrong with my Carrera , they went to work looking at the least inexpensive things that might be wrong and fixing any problems there first.

They have been more than fair with me on diagnostic charges and fixed problems they found while working on the issue and not charging me any additional labour charges. They are careful and you can be sure that you won't be charged for additional things you didn't need. This is an honest establishment and I received high-quality work.

This is the best garage I have ever been to. My Cayenne was leaking oil badly and I desperately needed to clear this as it was causing my car to intermittently loose power.

Calvin & His team were all very friendly and approachable. They kept me well informed of the repairs needed and gave me a hugely generous price for repairs! They helped me make decisions about keeping my Porsche and offered great advice. Unlike previous workshop who just keen to quote me a hefty price. They even went the extra mile to sent me and my kids back home & Got me a substitute vehicle at a good price!

They sent me videos and pictures on the progress which made me regret I didn't take care of my car. They are highly trustworthy and honest and as a layman they are very kind & Patient to explain what work that needs doing and how they plan on going about it.

I feel very pleased to have this garage as my preferred workshop and would recommend to anyone who needs an honest & Trustworthy workshop
