When collection car ,car have some issue and have told Jason the relationship manager but he drag and drag and no replies,but when come to 1 fail attempt of rental deduction ,there comes his message ,ask for rental fast ,when car have issues ,he will take his own sweet time ... Rental price also much pricer than other rental company ,a used Toyota Noah 2018 renting at $124.62 daily ,really blood suckers !And somemore within few days ,car have hybrid battery problem ,signal light all out ,even driving also have petrol smell inside the car ,their car don't know if got do quality checks a not ! Wasted people time and money sending to workshop and not forgetting loss of income , 💯 % regret signing up with them ,for people out there ,do avoid this company at all costs !

Worst company to rent PHV from. COE dropped and it is time for renewal yet want to increase rental by $20 per day. The car isn't new anymore yet increased in price.

Owe 1-day rental they will consistently hound you like a loan shark. Car was immobilized after 3 days and threatened legal action. Hospitalized also still pay rental. No compassion at all.

Return car refund deposit after 30 days yet 1 day late rental payment threatens you. Even Grab Rental is many times better than Lumens. Never rent from them.

I leased car from so many companies and they are the worst. Benefits told by salesperson is totally different after you collect the car and it is too late to confront them. They will appoint an individual relation manager to contact them when you have any enquiry but always no response or late reply. Rental payment department cmi. Owe them 3 days rental and give them a heads-up that full payment will be clear later (next day morning) and not immobilize the car. They just don't care and immobilize the vehicle. Texted them and they just ignore me. Not flexible at all.

BEWARE of LUMENS AUTO.

There is an serious gimmicks on this company, rental rate are not as per their advertisment.

They will add on petrol charges and also other charges, in any car you get from them you are require to purcharge CDW at $6 daily.

If you choose not to purchase the CDW then their deposit would be much higher, think twice before coming down.

They also require daily rental deduction by GIRO

1: Rental so much more expensive from other rentals company.

2. Service was good before signing the contract. After signing the contract, they talked to you like they are so annoyed with you.

3. Was told by the lady that the bonus was $200 for 6 months. When contract was signed then realised only for 5 months. Went back to asked them and was told that breaching of contracts have to pay for the penalty.

3. Don't be happy until you return the car after your contract due. They will pin point you here and there.
Servicing not done they want to charge $50
Car not clean enough they want to charge $30
Met an accident with my car and paid for the maintenance fees but they say the maintenance isn't done by their company until I showed them the receipt.
They will try all ways to deduct your deposits.

All the best to whoever thinks that they got good customer services.
Hope you still feel that they are good after your contract dues and when you want to return your cars.

Highly recommended. Lumens has proven to be supportive to their customers with rental rebates during the cov19 period. This is my 3rd renewal of contract with Lumens and I'm happy with their services.
