transfered my Thinkware F800 pro from my old ICE Car to my new EV. Was recommended to put the external battery hidden in the car with no ventilation. the camera died after 1 month installation. brought to other shop to check and found out the battery was overheating like crazy. moved the external battery to under the driver seat and now it works. TOMO staff said they can't put in under the driver seat but the other shop I went, the managed to do it. Paid $160 for removing and fixing back fr old car to new. really not worth the money. Their range of dashcams especially the Euro Style have low reliability. Store is not the best with service availability either. - Arun Ratnaa

Found the original main supplier for my Qvia Dash Cam. Managed to replace after checked my faulty front camera. Although it was expensive but it still a very important security device for the car. Ah Liang provided a very good service.my car had faulty reverse sensor detector but he manage to fix it by reconnecting wires instead of changing whole set. - Peichee
