I sent the email and waited several days but received no response. I was thought that they might be busy. Few days later, the driver reported that the vehicle had some mechanical issues and needed to be sent to their workshop. I called the hotline again and spoke to the same person. I mentioned the vehicle issue and reminded him about my pending quote request. His tone over the phone was quite rude, and when I asked for the workshop address, he said he would send it by email.
Later, I received an email from him, but it only included the dash cam price. There was no mention of the workshop address, dash cam model, or other details for the dam cam. I called the hotline again and got another staff member who was also quite rude. He abruptly told me that they had already contacted the driver directly and settled everything with him, then hung up the call.
I sent another email asking for the dash cam model, specifications, and whether they could help uninstall it after the leasing is due or in between if there is a switch of the vehicle but again, I received no reply until now.
I strongly urge Siang Hock Holding Pte Ltd to review the quality of their customer service, especially those handling the hotline. Clear communication and a respectful attitude should be a basic standard for any service provider.
