Poor service. Car ventilation seat not working after OBU installation.  Posted on 16-Apr-2025
Had my OBU installed in Leng Kee in Feb. Car seat ventilation was doing well back then. After OBU, the seats were not working. Texted the service advisor and sent the car down. Most of the time the car was neglected and left outside the building. Was told to collect my car and said the car was OK. Fast forward April, I texted the service advisor again coz I am very sure that the ventilator seat was not working. He didn't reply as he was on leave so I called Mazda Leng kee and they told me to send the car the next day on 9am. My hub went back again at 1pm. He waited in Leng Kee till almost 6pm to collect the car. Diagnosis was both seat ventilation spoilt. How can it be such a coincidence that both are spoilt together?I wonder if they tell me this just to entertain me? He only collect the car and left the building as the last customer sending the car before 9am. I prefer the service centre at Tanjong Penjuru previously as they get the job done and not like Leng Kee. I did extended my car warranty with Mazda and I wonder if I should extend again next time as their service is really very poor.

Mazda spoilt my IU during servicing  Posted on 24-Jan-2024
Awful service at TransEurokars at Leng Kee. Sent in my Mazda for servicing and the IU was not working after servicing. Worked fine before. (They did rewiring for new camera during servicing). But claim not their responsibility. No apology. I'm now at Vicom getting IU replaced. Dont think I'll service my car with Mazda anymore. Not trustworthy.

Very disappointed with the service. Brought by car in for claim repair. Had to wait for almost 3 hours! The officer was kind of discouraging for 3rd party claim and said that it will take 7 days for estimates as they are short staffed ! - Kaustab Roy, Owner of Mazda 6

RE - KNOCKING NOISE GOT WORSE AFTER RAINING IS OVER  Posted on 04-Jan-2017

My name: Johnny Chua, Contact 96176638.

I have a knocking noise problem since I collected my Mazda 3 in November 2016 till today (04/01/2017). I made this complaint since the first, 2nd & 3rd servicing, though they have checked and changed the bush on the axial arm but the problem still there, why???

Well, I just make another servicing appointment for this coming 25/01/2017 and really hope that they can solve the knocking noise problem. I feel that maybe both front/back axial arm have problem instead of just greasing or changing the bush. This knocking noise problem got worse whenever after the rain is over. Felt quite being cheated because this is a new car and why can't the mechanic solve the knocking noise problem.

Even I have this problem, I still recommended my friend the buy this Mazda 3 which he bought it. I have seated on his car but his car didn't have this knocking noise at all.

If this problem still persist, how to continues to recommend my other friends to buy. Therefore, please do help solve this knocking noise problem asap.

Thanks
Johnny Chua
