Trent is very knowledgeable and patient. Explained the benefits of various films and patiently did some demo for them. I installed the film and there was a very slight mark on it and he replaced a new one for me immediately. I highly recommend him.

Boss Trent is very patience, humble and knowledgeable in recommending me the various type of solar film. Went to the extent of multiple demo to demonstrate the effectiveness of his solar film and uv protection. Was there originally just to replace my rear 5yo "3M" Solar film that came with the car due wear n tear. Totally sold by his demonstration in convincing me the difference of his product vs the removed orig film. Made appointment and went back on subsequent trip to replaced the rest of my window film due to their tight schedule. 2 thumbs up for the great product, value for money and professional installation. Looking forward everyday to drive under the sun to enjoy the sunny but cool ride. Amazingly impressive product. Thank you Boss Trent! Highly recommended.

Trent was patient to explain the different types of solar films and did a live demo. Even made the effort to paste a few samples on my window to let me see the effects and ratings of various solar films.

When collecting my car, he did a test on all the panels to show proof of LTA compliance and that he had installed the solar films that I had purchased. Also offered advice on Dos and Don't. No hard selling, value for money.

Boss Trent was very friendly and patient with my questions.
The process itself was very smooth and I am very happy with the tinting.

Car feels cooler even after parking in the sun nowadays.

Recommended to Tinsty cool by my bestie. Price is reasonable, moreover, come with 10 years warranty! I can at least be rest assured for bubbles forming after driving for some time. As I have a bad experience previously with another workshop, and I went back, they do not honour the warranty at all! A very friendly guy indeed! He is very professional when come to solar tinting. He is willing to spend the time to explain to you before you are to get your car done, as he believes that you need to know that you are paying for. I needed to replace the driver window tint due to it being scratched. I called in the morning and was told that they could accommodate me to come in an hour's time. Was not disappointed by the workmanship of the staff. They were very proficient and meticulous. The workshop was clean and dust-free, ensuring that no foreign debris or particles will come into contact with the film. Will recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional tinting service

I've waited two week to gather experience and family member comments before posting this review.

I had experienced much better comfort in my friends car and was looking to upgrade. A friend had recommended tintsy saying I can get a demo before deciding. What I appreciated about boss Trent was not pushy during the demo and responsive in my texts for appointment. He had some meters but the problem with meters is they oftem measure a specific wavelength to cheat. E.G. 3M measure 900-1000nm, although IR from sun spreads 700-1800nm.

Thus, what convinced me was a demo using spot and IR lamps for me to feel the quality of different solar films. Whats more, ladies and gentlemen, these are just plastic films, and I was offered a good price. Installation was done in aircon environment

So far with TinsyCool Premium+ :
1) oven effect from dashboard and IR burn from direct sunlight significanty reduced
2) rear passengers feel more comfortable
3) car is cooler when parked under sun for short while
4) I find aircon compressor to work less hard
5) 10yr warranty against bubble, peel, crack

Went on Saturday to do up the Platinum 99 for my new car, as I found the one that the AD was providing to be of low specs, and the top up to get 3M crystalline to be not that attractive.

Was able to get a good deal as I'm a repeat customer.

The guys waited for me patiently on a Saturday afternoon when I went 30 min late, and did a professional job.

Now waiting for the films to dry completely, but yesterday's short ride out under the hot sun was good.

Together with a friend, we did their solar film “Platinum 99” Package concurrently. Prior to the installation day, we had messaged the boss Trent for an advance booking slot for 2 cars, who replied us very promptly. On the day of installation, Trent was not around but his workers were very clear and detailed in explaining to us their different film ranges. They took about 2hrs+ to install the film for both our cars. I can literally feel the difference in the heat reduction within the car when I drive after installing their film! Overall, this had been a great experience and I would strongly endorse Tintsy…

Done my first car with Tintsy Cool 7 years back and till the day I sold my car, the solar film was still solid. So I decided to find them for my new Vezel. Trent tested all windows with me before deciding what grade to be installed. After tested with a meter , found out all windows are originated close to the max of LTA standard.

So upon Trent advise I can only install lightest version of tint as to pass LTA. Tested the few options, I decided to take up the Platinum 99 clear tint.

After 2 weeks of driving, the initial water bubbles were gone and I feel the solar film really works as there is a big difference when I was driving the car without the solar film. Now my car cool down faster and I don't have to full blast my aircon.

I was looking around for a reliable solar film company and good quality solar film for my car, visited a few company but wasn't comfortable with their presentation and product. Was about to give up when one friend recommend me to visit Tintsy Cool. He had his car done up by them and is very satisfied with their product and expertise.

Decided to visit Tintsy Cool and I am glad I made the right choice to visit and use their product. Thank you Mr Chan. Very professional. Well done. I will be getting you to install for my house.

Just have my new MPV installed with Tintsy Cool with their lastest UV400 package and this is my 3rd car with them since 10 years ago.
Trent are still as friendly as before and patiently explained to me their lastest range of products.Job was done within 3 hours.
Although this is not the cheapest in the market, will definitely recommend for the service and workmanship.

Well done again.Thank Trent & His team.

I went the highest series of platinum 99 for my car few years back 2010.

Due to a accident , I went back to reinstall my firm for 2 window. I told them I want back the same spec, the boss quote me $xxx and I agree to proceed the work.

Upon finishing all the job , due to my curiosity , I took the remaining cut away piece on the floor and go measure the spec using their machine, surprisingly they change a lower grade firm to me.

WOAH!!!! I confront with the staff and this was what the boss instruct them to do and they just follow..... Okie ... This is my last time to their CON shop....

Whoever reading this , you can choose not to believe me. But when this happen , don't blame me not sharing this.

You will never know what they install without taking out the firm.

Hi there,
My apologies to u if I didnt attended to u personally and I believed that it's due to some misunderstanding or mis commiunication with our junior staff.

Due to LTA regulation,for all our tinting packages consist of several tint(VLT),light,medium and dark tint to apply on so as to be compliant to the rule.
For eg.our Platinum Series consist of Dark tint 99%IRR,Medium 90% and Light IRR 60%IRR to apply to different type of windows to get it pass the LTA regulation.All these different tint and IRR under the same grade are the same cost.FYI,a light tint film that reject IRR60% can be more expensive than a dark tint 99% IRR.

(LTA regulation : Front 70% VLT Rear 25%.)
Some of the" original car windows" currently are already close to the max of LTA standard,so we can only apply the light tint IRR 60%.
You can also opt for the dark 99%IRR at the same price but we cant guaranty LTA passable.

Tintsy Cool have been in this industry for more than 10 years,we open for business and not doing unethical things or con.
