Rick does a good and thorough job, and he is really knowledgeable about cars, specifically Lexus. Used to send my NX200t to another workshop, but outcome was not satisfying. Rick provides honest and helpful advice. Highly recommend.

Rick after diagnostic found the suspension & shocks dampers cause the gear from P to D not smooth engage issued. He did a good job. Recommended.

So when I got a preowned Lexus ES250, my friend recommended that I should send my car to Rick to have a thorough check and servicing. Rick is well versed with Lexus vehicles and I understand Alliance is just as comfortable to cater to other brand names. I made contact and an appointment with Rick who promptly attended to my various concerns and enquiries. Went down to his Sin Ming workshop and met Rick who is true to form, a pleasant, friendly guy who is not only knowledgeable about the car but is able to explain in clear terms what he was going to do to my car and likely going to cost me. Rick is confident and knows what are the customers’ concerns and is able to addressed them - but not by over promising - and gave me the confidence to put my trust in him - something which I found rare in my many years of driving experiences and encounters with car servicing & repairs personnel. His pricing is also reasonable and clear, and most importantly got the job done well.
