I am not very happy when Jennifer told me the net price but after I change the tyre I realize that the price need to add on gst! Also my tyre is 1 year ago manufactured and I check with another tyre shop they are selling $10 cheaper each type and no gst. Sure will be last time to visit

Approach Yap Brothers for some recommendations on comfort tyres to replace my worn out tyres. Opt for Michelin Primacy 4 based on the price quoted. Done a search in the marketplace and it is one of the best deal. Went over for the installation and the person in charge, Mr Yap, is a nice person to chat with. To minimise my waiting time, there are more than one staff doing the replacement. While waiting, I was also offered a drink. Happy with my purchase. Excellent and fast service by the team. The lady is nice and the team is so speedy in getting my tyres replaced including tyre balancing too. 20 minutes and i am ready to drive away. whatsapp to inquire about pricing., one of the most competitive prices that I got for a set of Michelin Primacy 4 size 235/55/18. came down on Saturday afternoon, they have 3 bay for tire changing infront of the shop and another 3D wheel alignment behind of the shop. A BIG shootout to Yap Brothers for the excellent service I received from Jennifer and their very efficient staffs! Tyres change was quick but careful. You will feel at ease with them. The customer service was excellent, from first contact asking for the product availability and price to reserving the tyres of my specs, to eventually attending to me when i went down on appointment and showing me the products, explaining and all. The price on offer was also very attractive, compared to other shops i checked with at the time. Went to check whether there were stock for Potenza Re004 as it was out of stock most places (after calling a few other tyre shops)z Was pleasantly surprised when Jennifer told me they have stock! The price was very competitive and she was also able to share with me other prices for other brands. The guys who changed out the tyres was very attentive to detail. They even washed my rims and new tyres! Was pleasantly surprised by that as no one ever done that for all my years of driving! Delivered what is required. Not pushy for sales so you can think properly on what you really want. They are respectful on all customers regardless of what rims you are taking. (I have been turned down snobbishly by an owner recently in serangoon ave 1 before coming here just because I said I am driving a Honda Fit and looking for 16”) Housekeeping is excellent too.You don’t need to worry that your car is punctured by anything that is on the floor unlike other work shops. Jennifer is fine but they have a weird practice of using scrubbing scouring pad to get rid of the residue left by the previous balancing weights! Told me the weights may come off if they scrub it.. I rather it drop then have them scrubbing my TE37... A plastic scraper and some Goo Gone/3M residue removal is the way ahead.
