Today was my 3rd and last free servicing and first time at the Head Office service centre. Previously the 2nd time was at another service centre which I had some issues previously. I feedback to Optima Werkz and they replied promptly and they did service recovery.

When I arrived, Thomas Tan the Service Advisor reassure me on the servicing that will be done and even updated me with photos. This makes me feel very comfortable with their service. Thomas also advise and explain to me on the next few servicing as well. Overall great service by Thomas Tan. Will recommend my friends to find Thomas Tan and Optima Werkz for car servicing.

Thank you Thomas once again.

I sent my Honda Vezel in for servicing and asked them to look at my passenger wing mirror as it was not closing/opening. Optima Werkz called me up to inform me that the motor is not working and it will cost a total of $620 to fit a new motor. That sounded very high and I decided to bring my car to my usual paint shop. I did not even have to get out of my car, my paint shop owner, moved the mirror and clicked it into position. That was all, now the mirror works perfectly. When I informed Optima Werkz of this, I was given all kinds of reasons. You make up your own mind why they gave me that information! I have reached an amicable solution with Optima Werkz. - Kok Kee Koo

Honestly, I was bit skeptical initially as did not read much positive review. Still, I had to send in my GLC240 for servicing because of its exclusive authorized workshop status.

My impressions started changing for the better just after first 2 servicings. Their price is very reasonable. They don't charge extra for anything else if not required. Very nice & Cosy workshop and really have that all-in-one feel. The SAs are well trained, and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with every servicing.

SA Deimos served me when I sent in to do some paint work. He speaks very well and professional. Patient explaining to me the details including options. Delivered on-time and price quoted was reasonable and good workmanship. I was satisfied customer.

SA Ah Woei and mechanic Ah Feng served me when i needed to find out what caused the annoying noise in front panel.
Ah Feng has great knowledge of Merz and he was really spot-on identifying the root cause. He got it fixed within half a day.
Ah Woei took patience to update me on every steps that are being done on the car via Whatsapp with pictures. He is really very customer-focus!! I feel comfortable with him.
Overall, I was very happy with the end result and the costs was within my budget

Well done Gentlemen, and keep up the good work please!

Workshop has lowered servicing price to match with some workshop in the market while still maintaining the same standard. Furthermore Safra member entitled to additional 15% disc on standard servicing ! - Garrett Teo

Car servicing and minor repair workshop. Rather high end meant for higher end cars. They do service normal cars and there are packages available. There is a waiting lounge on the second floor for those who wants to wait for their car to be serviced. Coffee and light snacks are provided. Have your meals first as there is no food places or shopping malls in the immediate vicinity. The nearest are coffee shops under the hdb blocks at Redhill estate. - Zain A

On one Friday afternoon, I found a problem with my Toyota Harrier. I noticed engine oil leak on the ground where I parked my car. The leak got worse in the evening and I had to buy a liter of engine oil to top it up. The next morning, I brought the car to a nearby workshop. The technician tightened the oil filter. I thought the problem was just that. Later on I found out that the leak was still there albeit at lower rate. So I called the original workshop who did maintenance service just 10 days prior. I lodged a complain. The message was quickly transmitted to the manager in charge and he whatsapp and called me. I made the trip to the workshop. They checked and found out that the filter O-ring was defective despite being new part. The manager personally met me up, explained the situation and sent me two photos of the defective O-ring and the new filter. They replaced the whole filter, topped up the engine oil and did the rest without any charges. That's what I call Customer Service Excellence. While the leaking experience was inconvenient and I have made up my mind to switch workshop, the whole experience of how the workshop handled it turned out to be a positive experience. - Franklin Kurniawan
