This review is super late but i just chanced upon this site again.

Did stage 1 for my mk7 Golf 1.4TSi R-Line with MST back in October 2023.

Kept having issues whilst on Dyno but the team quickly identify the misfiring issue.

MST replaced spark plug and proceeded with the tune same day smoothly.

Happy ride with the increase throttle response and pickup since then.

Thank you Nicholas, Derrick and Team.

Will return to MST for future tunes.

Excellent service rendered by Mgr Derrick of Monster Tune! Was there to fit the LTA ERP2.0 OBD unit. Clear brief was given prior to installation and the installation was fast and smooth.

I have been servicing my vw and skoda with Monster tune. Derrick is technically very sound and is able to identify issues accurately and promptly. The price he quote is also very reasonable. Will definitely continue to send my car to monster tune for servicing and repairs (fingers crossed)

.....For my BMs and Mercs, I've gone to 4 different workshops in Singapore in the East - even went down to Bosch in East Coast Road. And this is the very first time I found a team of mechanics that excel in and have a passion their work. I am a detail-oriented person, and appreciate masters of craft. The employees of Monster Tune are shining examples of such people, exhibiting unmatched professionalism and skill.

Alvin and Derrick were amazing to work with. 

I needed a Mercedes Benz repaired and fixed up with great care as a gift for for my family member. Ensuring the car was mechanically sound, safe as she rushes all over sunny Singapore was a priority. 

Throughout the entire procedure, Alvin kept me updated on the status of my car through calls and texts and explained everything clearly and patiently answered any questions over the course of 2 weeks. MST sent me pictures and a full assessment for future items that need to be repaired which shows their integrity. 

Importantly - MST provided pictures of all the work that needed to be done - super rare these days Bros with repair shops just blindly stating repairs that you don't even know are true. 

Extremely honest and professional, if you have a German or Conti car, I would not recommend you go anywhere else but Monster Tune. 

I will be using MST for my current and future cars, use them Bro, THEY ROCK!

I had quite a bad experience with tuning my car at Monster Tune. Before and after the tuning, they spent more timing throwing out disclaimers about what can potentially go wrong, rather than telling me anything related to the tune. Which gave me the feeling that they have been mangled many a time by customers on ECU tunes that went wrong, and were very wary.

After the tune, I suffered intermittent engine codes culminating in an ECU failure, which required an expensive repair at another workshop. When I brought my car back to check on engine codes, their attitude was one of sheer evasiveness. Even to the extent of accusing the workshop of repairing by ECU of not actually having performed any repair to my ECU, even when I explained and clarified that component repair on the ECU was performed.

Nic was very impatient and reluctant in communicating engine fault codes and I had to press him and his staff a lot on the ground to get straight answers. I wasn't expecting any liability on their part for ECU failure, as I understand that ECU tuning carries risk. But the customer support was extremely poor.

My sincere and honest advice is to stay away. I will try to find a better tuner if I choose to tune my car again next time.

Alvin is great and good customer service. Did a tune and reasonably saw gains on the road. He offered to take a look as a second opinion on my recent engine overhaul. Concerned about my high oil temp. Even though I asked about clutch adaption option, he did not do a hard sell and told me to see the changes slowly when done to car, step by step.
