There is a reason why Pro-Jex wins so many awards. I went in for some engine noise inspection as well as the 6 in 1 servicing. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed by one of the workers. I explained to him my concerns and he explained to me what he will be doing to solve those problems. After some time, I met the boss Vincent which is a really nice guy. He explained to me about the concerns I had for my car and advice me on what to look out for. They even found out that my brake pads were worn out during the servicing. The prices are very transparent and the servicing actually took shorter than expected. Vincent also takes you on a drive in your own car to explain what has been done and advices you on what to look out for. I recently purchased a car with a few outstanding issues and brought it to this Pro-Jex V2D for inspection and rectification. Vincent was extremely friendly — speaking with him felt like catching up with someone I've known for years. We brought the Pro-Jex team a massive, high-stakes coolant overhaul on a 15-year-old V6 engine that most other shops wouldn't even touch. While others were intimidated by the complexity, Pro-Jex stepped up and conquered the challenge. They replaced an extensive list of components, including: • Cooling System: Radiator, water pump, thermostat, ATF oil cooler, fan motors and over 10 different hoses. • V-belt: Tensioner (difficult to reach in this engine as the compressor needs to be removed and evacuated), idler pulley, and serpentine belt. What sets them apart is their absolute responsibility and transparency. During post-installation testing, they noticed a fan motor wasn't engaging and went the extra mile to diagnose the root cause. They provided clear proof that a blown fusible link block was the actual culprit behind our original coolant disaster. I also want to give a special shout-out to the middle-aged Malay mechanic who handled my car. He was incredibly meticulous, taking the necessary time to properly bleed the air from the lines and perform a thorough pressure test on the new system. It's rare to find that level of patience and craftsmanship these days. If you have a repair job that requires a steady hand and an honest diagnostic mind, look no further. These guys see things through to the very end.

My Mitsubishi Lancer CS3 had an unexpected issue, but they responded quickly—even arranging a tow to their workshop right before closing time. The next working day, they promptly diagnosed the problem, carried out a thorough inspection, and clearly explained the recommended solution.
