Was searching paint protection for my newly collected Porsche Cayman when I chanced upon 178autocare. Decided to try them out based on the fantastic reviews found online.

Arthur discuss with me the pros/cons of ceramic coating and found out that it actually don't suits me! (I drive to KL alot, i wash my car in JB)

He instead recommended me to do the paint protection film which helps to protect against stone chip and scratches. I have since made several trips up north but there isn't a single chip found anywhere on the car! And he has been consistently following up with me to make sure my money was well spent. WOW I'm really impressed!

Many shops sold me high end diamond coating that claimed to be scratched-proof, paint chip-proof etc but it's all nonsense.

When I felt that Arthur was not overpromising me just to close the deal, I knew i'm at the right place. Honesty is the way to go!

Did ceramic coating for my car with 178 autocare almost 9 months ago. What prompted me to write this review only today is the excellent customer service Arthur provided. Not only did he do periodic follow up with me to make sure everything is good, he takes responsibility & Rectified a minor touch-up for me immediately. This is unlike other shops which will push the blame to customer. Hardly able to find such customer oriented businesses nowadays. I would strongly recommended 178 autocare not only for their great workmanship, but also their sincerity in serving a paying customer.

Chance upon 178autocare on social media while searching on paint protection coating for my newly collected car. Was puzzled why a new car needs 1 full day downtime. Upon arrival, Arthur carefully explain to me the entire process. I was surprise that he was able to pin point exactly on areas which requires attention although its a brand new car!

The result was amazing and beyond my expectation. Car looks way better than when I collected from showroom. The long downtime was fully justified by the meticulous work done. Highly recommended for Arthur and his team of professional!
