I have been using Sin Hwee for servicing of my car for some time. Khim is responsive. Recently got them to check on my air-con fixed at special arrangement. Boss is very friendly too.

Please look for Ah Khim when there, he is a very capable young boss and knows his stuff. Most important is he manages customer expectations and he doesn't over-promise.

As one forumner mentioned before, a workshop whose boss gets his hands dirtied definitely can be trusted.

Coming to 2 years now since I started going to this workshop and I must say, they have never disappointed me during this period. My car was repaired perfectly after a minor accident and my regular servicing with them has been hassle free and more importantly, my car has been trouble free for this period. Only a few parts have been replaced due to wear and tear which they will inform me only when there is a need to change. No hard selling nor any fancy gimmicks, just honest, friendly and reliable service and of course, the excellent workmanship which has never disappointed me till now.

I sent my car to Sin Hwee on 9 Sept because the previous workshops couldnt figure out what was wrong with the engine and suspension. Both father and son bosses were friendly and Khim took pains to figure out what was wrong through a test drive and his diagnostic was very accurate. When i left my car there for repairs, he took the opportunity to examine the parts closely since he could take things apart. He further isolated the problem to a particular part of a component and so instead of changing the whole component, he simply changed the part and only charged labour! Where else in Singapore can you find such honest, dedication to car service? I am convinced that Khim and his dad runs their business with passion.

Furthermore, even though i didnt make an appointment as advised, he was able to complete the job thoroughly within 4 hours. My car (06 Jazz) drives like a dream now. Completely noise-free and smooth engine.

Although this is my first visit to them, I am glad I did a search on this forum and found them. I usually do not write reviews but I created an account just to show my appreciation to their dedication to excellent car service. I will definitely return to them for future car servicing and maintenance works!

I have sent my car to the workshop to diagnose strong vibration and rattling sound in the car. Very satisfied by how Khim resolved the issue and ensuring that the customer's interest is taken care as well. It was done at a reasonable cost and very promptly by the workshop.

This was my first visit to this workshop - to change engine mounting, fan belt, tensioner, etc. Was quite satisfied & impressed by the friendliness and workmanship of the job handled by this workshop. Price of repairs done was also reasonably inexpensive. Both father and son (Khim) who run the workshop are friendly and seem sincere and trustworthy.

Friendly and honest staff. Khim explained clearly to me what the charges were and the different checks to be carried out, consulted me on my preferred engine oil and waited for my agreement before servicing my car. He asked me whether I could come back 2 hours later but when I said I was in a hurry, he replied without hesitation that he would service my car first. Went for kopi and came back about 30 mins later, half expecting that they might not have started. To my delight, all was done and he was already shining my tyres! I was told that only my engine oil was changed as the other parts were all still working well. Car felt very smooth and responsive. Can tell that is a workshop that strives to do things right, and not just out to earn a fast buck. Two thumbs up!

I went to Sin Hwee to install the bracket link to my OPC vehicle plate. The boss and staffs there are friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they really know their work well and the cost is the lowest I can find.

Good workshop, professional in chassis frame and under carriage measurement. I feel comfortable when my car was in the workshop. They have the specifications of different car models and special benches for repair and measurements. A good workshop to go for. Price is reasonable compare to good workmanship. Friendly staffs and boss. thumbs up for them.

Quite surprised. Not like other workshop that I go previously. This workshop is quite friendly and provide good service. Im quite happy with the workmanship tat I worried of. I think this will be my regular workshop. Cheer!!

Equipped with CAR-O-LINER benches for chassis frame measurement. Reasonable price and good workmanship. Highly recommend!
