Kudos to Joleen and her team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Auto Image Pte Ltd truly deserves every one of these five stars. I brought my car in to install a third-party seat cushion, but unfortunately the product itself had several production flaws. The foam supplied by the manufacturer was excessively hard, which altered the intended seating position of the factory seat. Instead of sitting in the correct ergonomic position, I was pushed into an awkward posture that resulted in significant discomfort and aggravated my sciatic pain.
Rather than simply installing it and sending me on my way, the team at Auto Image patiently diagnosed the root cause and worked through multiple trial-and-error solutions until they found the right fix. They even replaced the manufacturer's hard foam with a more suitable material, restoring the proper seating position and making the seat far more comfortable.
What impressed me most wasn't just their technical expertise, it was their commitment to getting the job done properly. They spent extra time resolving problems that weren't of their own making, never took shortcuts, and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to stand behind their workmanship were evident throughout the entire process.
It's rare to find a workshop that is this honest, patient, and customer-focused. They turned a disappointing product into a comfortable and usable seat through their skill and dedication. So much more confidence now! - BYD Sealion 7 Performance model. I upgraded my front brakes with 380mm rotors and Brembo 6 piston calipers. Overall brake pedal feel was significantly better, not as spongy as OEM feel. The EBC Yellowstuff pads are not "Grabby" As the OEM. Braking at higher speeds gives me a lot more confidence now. Darren was very patient and explained the pros and cons of all the options before I picked what I thought was best for my style of driving. The pads are not noisy either. I suggest anyone with a performance model should upgrade their brakes.

Tyre Service - Had a broken valve, and identified that i needed a tyre replacement, totally missed that. Couple of runflats premium brand new tyres for a good price.

Overall a very good experience - Did a full body repaint at Cheng Chuan Motors, along with wrap removal, body kit, and headlight/rearlight install. Really happy with how everything turned out. The owner handled everything, so it was very convenient as a one-stop place. Didn’t have to deal with multiple shops. The repaint was the main highlight. He recommended a white gold flake colour and it came out really nice — clean in normal lighting and shines nicely under the sun. With the coating, the gloss and finish look very solid. Bodykit fitment was also very well done — everything lines up nicely and looks flush, not like those poorly fitted kits you sometimes see. Overall workmanship was good with attention to detail. After service was great as well. The owner took the time to go through the car with me and helped with final touch-ups to make sure everything was right. Overall a very good experience.
