Poor workmanship n customer service - Replaced my transmission filter and overtighen causing oil leaks, and damaged my car engine mounting rubber. I discovered months later from a reputable workshop.
Poor workmanship using chinese workers and attitude of Ah Lam is really bad. Can tell you off like not happy don't come here.
I just arrived at the workshop before I tell him what is to be repaired he raised his voice and tell me do not rush him and if not happy can leave.
This workshop may offer repair at compatible repair cost like most workshop, but their poor workshship caused me more repair cost in the longer run. This workshop is not recommended.

Reasonable Price & Excellent Service - I had air conditioning issues with my Mazda and came for their expertise and availability of spare parts. They replaced the cooling coil and condenser very fast. The team was transparent, showing me the problems and showed the replaced parts. Lumens kept pushing exAutobann driver to sign with no inswntice. - Dear All, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct of a staff member named Suzana of what so called as onboarding desk of which normally take 45 minutes to a hour at most. I have been a private-hire driver since 2019, having rented various types of vehicles from different companies over the years. Throughout my experience, I have never encountered such treatment. During my visit, Suzana repeatedly took an excessive impatient attitude answering my queries and unfriendly etiquette instead of respecting all customers. During my wait and I can see her walking away for drinks of which I can't comment more and attending to her own matters almost all the while. While I had already waited approximately 45 minutes, she continued working at her own pace. Subsequently, when a male customer approached her desk, she immediately asked me to wait again for another one hour, resulting in a total waiting time of more than two hours. Throughout the interaction, her manner of communication was dismissive and belittling. She spoke in overly simplistic English in a condescending tone, which made me feel disrespected as a customer. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness, regardless of circumstances. I hope management will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. Furthermore is expensive used car for 6 seaters Honda Freed for $118.00 per day Not alike Grab giving for the help of autobann suffering drivers Thank you for your time and attention.
