NOT exorbitant, but affordable. - From start to finish, I received truly first-class service from Calvin at MSP. He was kind, courteous, and helpful throughout, with prompt and regular updates on progress. The repair work was excellent, all parts were changed and came with warranty, and the pricing was fair — not exorbitant, but affordable.
The whole process was completely painless from start to finish. Calvin communicated well, always answering my calls promptly and helpfully. The car came back clean, and the standard of repair was excellent.
I'm never going back to the so called Agent ever again ..., let me wait for 3-4 months…..Agonizing n yet wait again for parts!!!
I can, without hesitation, highly recommend this place!

Unleashed the true potential of my BYD Sealion 7's Dynaudio sound system! - Did my BYD Sealion 7 audio upgrade with Auto Edition ($2k+), and it was super worth it. Ah Xiang and his team are dedicated Dynaudio and Rebec exclusive distributors who really know their stuff—very knowledgeable with zero hard-selling. Crucially for EV owners, the install was clean and plug-and-play, preserving original factory wiring. The upgrade completely unlocked the factory Dynaudio setup, delivering crisp vocals, clear instrument separation, and tight bass. Now I finally understand why Dynaudio is so well-regarded, thanks to Auto Edition dedication. Unlike shops pushing hyped 'designer' DSPs with vague origins, Auto Edition is upfront, reasonably priced, and delivers great workmanship. Highly recommend them to any EV owner looking for a genuine audio upgrade and authentic Dynaudio sound!

Workmanship is superb - Brought in my Mecedes E300 AMG Line to get a door and a fender repair and respray after some damages and scratches. Cheng Chuan Motor did an incredible job matching original factory colour. Workmanship is superb that I can't tell where original paint ends and new paint begins. Very good technician with lots of Opel experience - CK has serviced my 2019 Astra K ST 1.6TDi since I bought it 2yrs ago. He's a bit gruff at first maybe, but his advice is sound and service costs are reasonable. Chatting with him got easier after a visit or two.
Being a continental car, it's extremely important to have a mechanic with good knowlegde and experience and especially one who also has the right tools for proper diagnosis and repairs.
His floor mechanics were polite & Efficient.

SCAM SHOP - Scam shop. Buy at your own risk.
I placed an order for a pair of genuine AMG seats for S$8,500 and paid a S$6,800 deposit, with a promised lead time of 2 weeks.
After waiting 2 months, there was still no sign of the seats. Throughout the process, I received repeated excuses, including claims that his father was in the hospital, and he would disappear from WhatsApp for days or weeks without responding. I eventually had to use a different phone number and account to enquire about his products just to get a response.
We then agreed on a final deadline of 30 July, but he still failed to deliver the seats or refund my deposit in full.
To date, he has only returned S$2,000, with S$4,800 still outstanding, saying he will return it later.
Despite repeated requests, he has been unable to provide any proof that the seats were ever ordered, including invoices, order confirmations, or tracking details.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before dealing with this shop.

Happy with the workmanship - Been sending my car to Pro-Jex V2D a few times already whenever I need repairs, and the experience has always been good. Vincent is friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, straightforward. He will explain what’s wrong, what needs to be done and give his recommendation without pushing for unnecessary repairs. So far, I’m happy with the workmanship and service. It’s not easy to find a workshop you feel comfortable going back to, but Pro-Jex V2D has definitely earned my trust. Highly recommended.
