- Before I came to Auto Image, I had my vehicle seats cover installed by an unscrupulous vendor. After the dismay, I tried my luck by calling 3 vendors found on Google at around 630pm. Only Auto Image PL Joleen picked up my call, she politely and patiently answers to my queries without any hurry. Soon I met her at the factory, she gave more information of her products. Without hesitation, I placed the order. The black leather combined with the pearl color threading installed was very beautiful, smooth and comfy. The workmanship was very refine and no pops too! Auto Image PL has proven to me that they are honest, experience and efficient. Also congrats that they have a very professional and kind sales lady, Joleen in their organization 👍! 5 stars isn't enough - We brought the Pro-Jex team a massive, high-stakes coolant overhaul on a 15-year-old V6 engine that most other shops wouldn't even touch. While others were intimidated by the complexity, Pro-Jex stepped up and conquered the challenge. They replaced an extensive list of components, including: • Cooling System: Radiator, water pump, thermostat, ATF oil cooler, fan motors and over 10 different hoses. • V-belt: Tensioner (difficult to reach in this engine as the compressor needs to be removed and evacuated), idler pulley, and serpentine belt. What sets them apart is their absolute responsibility and transparency. During post-installation testing, they noticed a fan motor wasn't engaging and went the extra mile to diagnose the root cause. They provided clear proof that a blown fusible link block was the actual culprit behind our original coolant disaster. I also want to give a special shout-out to the middle-aged Malay mechanic who handled my car. He was incredibly meticulous, taking the necessary time to properly bleed the air from the lines and perform a thorough pressure test on the new system. It's rare to find that level of patience and craftsmanship these days. If you have a repair job that requires a steady hand and an honest diagnostic mind, look no further. These guys see things through to the very end.
