Consistence standard and amazing customer service - Have been a long time customer until moved office and this place became a little too far to go to. Every time i pass by to visit and last time when i always send company van over for servicing, it has always been an excellent experience.
Shawn always update me what is going on and advice me according to the situation of the vehicles i send there and let me decide if i wish to rectify them or not if there were issues. No hard selling or pushing me to do sometime i face at some other places. Boundaries were respected when i share my thought. Workmanship is good and all thought this place is not the cheapest or sometimes might slightly on the high side, quality products we used which i think is justifiable. Overall, i would recommend anyone to this place and Shawn has always been very friendly and sharing things with me even thou nowaday i am doing my servicing somewhere closer to my office.
