Went back to Arrow Tyres for tyre rotation n balancing for 10k mileage. Ethan mentioned not necessary to do balancing. Its Free of Charge since i bought the 4 tyres there last year in December 2010. Overall good customer service.

Top notch service from Arrow Tyre, after seeing the reviews here i went down to check out the tyres i wanted and ordered it. Got my tyres about 1 week later, very prompt. During installation their staff are very patient as i asked them to put on the wheel spacer that i brought as i want to see the offset, no second words from them. Price wise for the tyre i wanted is by far the best that i know of. Good job guys! will patronise you guys again!

Saw their rims listed for sale and then I went over. Went over to First Centre as listed in the map. When I was entering the outlet, I asked a staff there about rims that suit my ride. Was introduced to a few quite expensive ones. Then I asked is this "Arrow tyres"? The staff just replied: "Yaya". Then I find it quite weird and thus decide to walk out first. Then I see the signboard is of a different company name. I feel quite disgusted with the staff of the "XXX" tyres. Get into my ride and drive around and finally found Arrow Tyres. One staff by the name of JJ attended to me. I ask him directly do you have the one listed for my ride and he suggested a few to me. Price wise quite good and most important, he explain to me about different rims and give me suggestion. Thanks, Arrow tyres! Meanwhile, I would urge other users to take note of my experience. Not because of Arrow tyres giving me good value and service, but because of their neighbour. Don't be like me, go the XXX tyre shop without checking.

Got my tyres and rims changed last week here at arrows. Staff were friendly and patient. Price were reasonably after trade-in. I was recommended to use Toyo Tires (Proxes). Got them and tested the tires on my way to Kuantan the next day. Indeed they were silent and the grips of these tires were good even on wet road. Thanks Ethan for the recommendation! Would certainly look you up for my next change of tires and battery.

Just had my rims changed at Arrows this morning. Great service! Very friendly folks who offer good advice.

Good points: - price - efficiency - quick response to orders Points to improve on: - tyre guy did not read pressure gauge properly (kept pumping the wrong pressure as the gauge had numerous measurements) - breakdown of services should be stated (one would expect nitrogen to be pumped when buying new tyres, but they do not pump for free) - payments terms not clearly specified (only after trying 2 ATMs with no $$, then I was told there was a credit card option with 2.5% surcharge) Overall, the shop's proprietors are earnest in their dealings with their low prices and friendly service. Given that they are relatively new in the market, they should continue to learn from feedback and improve their standards.
