Had been going to Arrow Tyres for the past few years. Been very happy with their service. The boss Alvin and Ethan are very patient, not those typical hard-selling sales person and will place customer interest first. They even advise me not to change my rims as my tyres are pretty new. Told me to change them when my tyres wear out. Otherwise its a waste of money.
Their emergency hotline, managed by their staff Ah Bao came to my rescue a couple of times. once at 10pm, help me with the spare tyre and even re-open (already way past their operating hours) the shop to change a new set of tyre. Another time, came all the way from bedok to whampo at 1am!

Im not someone who is well verse with cars, having helps and advise from people whom i can trust is very important to me. Had been referring everyone i know over ever since i visited them.

Been there many years back and since then have not purchased another set of tyres from another merchant. Honest boss and shares his genuine opinion and introduces products that best suits personal needs even if it's of cheaper price. Keep it up!

Alvin is very patient in explaining the different types of tyres. Price quoted was also very reasonable. Definitely coming back again ! Great customer service!

Have been going to Arrow tyres for awhile already, and they have always struck me as being a very professional shop. They have all the proper tools handy to change and fix your tyres and/or rims on, and they use torque wrenches so they do not overstress your bolts unlike many other tyre shops who just use the air gun.

Excellent Service from the Boss. Friendly and not pushy at all. I am totally ignorant about car matters and Alvin was very patient in explaining the details to me. Will definately come back again.

Came down after work after communicating with JJ on purchasing an Amaron battery. Top-notch service and pleasant experience. Promised the staff to write a review for the company as well. Everything was done within 10mins. Definitely will come down for change of tyres soon.

Went over arrow tyres 2 weeks go for a tyre change. Told them my budget and they recommend few tyre models for me. The person in charge even explain to me the pros and cons about each of the recommended models.

After some consideration decide to go ahead with TZ700 and proceed on.

Came here about 4 months ago to change my tyres to Falkens. Even though it wasn't the tyre Alvin the boss was recommending me, he was still extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Thumbs up for that! Also, the customer service here is very good and I'm very satisfied overall.

I went down to change my Honda Jazz rims yesterday. The one who attended to me was Ah Bao and his service was excellent! Really commendable! He was very helpful and patient in explaining to me that I can get a better price if I were to sell it online rather than trade-in my old rims. However I chose the latter as it was hassle-free.
No hard selling, in fact he let me take my time to think & decide which set of rims to buy.

I liaised with Alvin via email to seek his professional advice on my scratched rims and I was satisfied with his reply as well as the price quoted for me. Today, I finally get to go down to arrow tyres and to my pleasant surprised,everything was done within 25 mins, including rims selection and the actual changing process.

However, a small miscomm occurred as there was a discrepancy between the package quoted in the email and the actual amt I am paying. Alvin was quick to offer an alternative and was very flexible in the new package offered to me. As he is very sincere and truthful, I don't mind topping up alittle to come to a common agreement. In the end, i left arrow tyre as a happy and satisfied customer and will definitely recommend any bros out there to visit their workshop. Continue the good service!!

Went to arrow tyres to check on my tyre due to alway inflated after a few days. The mech removed the tyre and spotted one of the patched hole had started to crack. Therefore, causing air to leak.

The mech suggested to change all 4 new sets. I ask for opinon on Nexen N7000, N8000, N9000, Federal 595 Evo and Goodyear Fuel Max. In the end change to Nexen N7000 as I had done some researches.

Their price is not the cheapest but they provide good customer service.

Change my rims and tyres with Arrow Tyres last week, I must say that their service and technical expertise is one of the best or I can really say the number 1 in spore. The way they treat their customers are like they are treating their own friends, giving their best advice and deals. Very honest and friendly group of people.

Initially wanted to change 16" rims for my Subaru TS but after Alvin's recommendations, change to chrome 17". Good service overall with patient explanation. Reasonable pricing too. Waiting time was also short.
