My car has multiple problems, I went to a few workshops before I found Sung Beng. Those workshops somehow made matters kind of worse and still cannot solve the problems.

However, at Sung Beng, the guys are very efficient and able to solve my car problems quickly, 1 at a time. All 3 mechanics, Ah Hee, Sky and Ken had attended to my car before patiently. Most of my repairs are attended to by Sky, and there was one repair that kind of impressed me - I went there to change my bushings & transmission fluid, but I was surprised when Sky actually did additional diagnostic tests as well and I don't know what he did, but somehow my cars overall performance has improved. The best part is, I didn't even ask for it and it was like a value added service that he did to make a customer happy. Thank you Sky, and Also Ah Hee and Ken for your patience with my car even though it has too many problems and I am sure it might give you headaches haha.

I sent my Mazda 3 car for repair from minor accident. One of the car headlight need to change and costed me the most on accessory. Besides, the paint costed me quite a lot too. The guy who assist me has a good skill and personality. However, the repaired car need to take up to 2 weeks time which I find it a bit too long. Maybe the workshop has too many customer. That's why it took long for the repair. Overall, I find that the cost of the repair costed too high. It really cut a big portion of my flesh from the repair. When I took the car, it seem not that clean as I requested from them to clean up after repair. After all, I didn't really find so much satisfaction due to high cost.

I visited 36 Toh Guan's outlet.

Sung Beng have a team of competent mechanics to help me install my Blackvue front and rear cameras. Their dedication to get the job done perfectly is admirable and they are forthcoming in their advice in view of their experience..

The experience was good. They are not pushy.

Being highly RECOMMENDED here in sgcarmart and was nearby (Toh Guan), my wife send her car for aircond service. The only problem was intermittent aircond cut off and nothing else. My wife told me was S$700-800 and I told her to go ahead. Before collecting the car, she told me the mechanic by the name of Ken said the engine has problem. So I decided to drop by.
1st thing Ken ask me was what is the colour of the engine oil ?
Being curious about his asking "I said black". He show and told me the car oil is brown and that water from the radiator went into the engine. Overhaul will cost S$6000 exclude parts. I'm a specialist Hydraulics engineer for 30 Years and I know how oil looks like when mixed with water. I told my wife to quickly pay up and shoo.
Later on my wife told me warning lubrication light up and when starting there was some noise. Sensing something amiss I send the car to another workshop and I instructed them to do a thorough engine flushing. Now after 01 week the engine was in perfect condition as before I send to SUN BENG (Very quiet with no waring light).
I decide to write this because I feel people show know :-
on TECNHNICAL EXPERTISE - I rate excellent.
At Sung Beng, they can fix aircond by changing NEW ENGINE RADIATOR.
Engine oil is BLACK IN COLOUR. If engine oil is brown means water from radiator got in.
HELLO, the car was just serviced and engine oil is FRESH.
on CUSTOMER SERVICE - I rate excellent. Of course ! Be extra careful when they are TOO friendly.

Came here to service my aircon at first, but decided to buy and install some Denso spark plugs also because it was quite cheap and I have to say, the service is good. Staff is polite and professional and prices are reasonable. Worth my money.
