Read a lot in the Internet & visited some workshop around but after reading SBA profile,i decided to give a try with their aircon specialist. Met the humble Boss Frankie which later recommend Mr Lim who gave me a non obligation check on my Honda MPV & later found out my coiling coil leak .One of their other dedicated mechanics Ken also inform me of the engine mounting wear during the check. Very quickly they quote me the price for the repair altogether which cost me less than half of my full tank using my credit card 24mth instalments inclusive of a compliment aircon refreshment package plus a courtesy car to use for a few hours.That generous Frankie explained that just nice there is a spare car which just return from another owner after the collection of his "almost new car" from insurance claim repair at their new upgraded spray paint both unit 336. In short, No regrets & superb service from all SBA specialist! I cant believe that this workshop really do everything under 1 roof! Worth the wait even they are packed with appointments. I am driving a Bmw 520 ( 4 in-line) which i bought on Aug 2008 and it's really under power. I did my 1st change on my air filter (Simota). Pick-up get a little better only and still under power. So decided to go for 'Pivot'. Things really change on my car. The response can say is much better than before. Frankie at Sung Beng then recommended me Dynamic ignition Spark extension (DISE). At first i hesitate for months because thinking whether is it worth or not but after installed 2pcs DISE , to my surprise, these two can really make lots difference. Quick response , overtaking no problem...never lag which i think most car will lag while overtaking and really value for money. Anyway Frankie is a very nice guy and do look for him for any further enquiry with No obligation and he will sure to give u a very reasonable price.

At first I don't believe that there is a workshop that provide all services under 1 roof. I must say that i admire Frankie very much in his family business. A successful entrepreneur with his unique concept. Every services you mention about automotive ,they almost got it with their individual Specialist ! Recently they started used car dealer & one of his aircon specialist cum mechanics Mr Lim recommended to trade in used Mitsubishi 1.5L to another used Subaru 2.0L with in house whole car respray colour change,audio upgrades,80,000Km servicing repairing maintenance package,rims & tyre change,new insurance coverage,Vicom inspection,renewal of road Tax,totally no hassle & all neatly arranged under bank loan & credit card instalment at SBA. I am really very happy & satisfied with SBA team & facilities.It is really hard to find such workshop & i have no worries completely.Thanks to Sung Beng Auto -Trusted with long reputation,Best services with reasonable price. Just to share with everyone & will definately recommend all to visit Frankie at SBA.

It was about 3 years ago when I first visited Sung Beng, back then I installed a monster air charger and 2 cyclones. Three Years later, I went back to Frankie and install 4 VPM Dynamic Ignition Spark Extension and a Vortex Air charger. The difference is something "feelable". My car's response is so much better, pick up is so much easier now, best part, FC didn't increase but havn't been able to see if it drops cause only first tank till now. m glad that the money spent are not a waste. Thanks to Frankie & SBA. Will be back soon to change my intake .

In my almost 2 decades of driving, it is not just the road experience, most will agreed with me that it is also the experience of the repair workmanship or charges that made your day. My last bad experience started during a payment for a cooling coil replacement at my friend's recommended workshop. I was shocked to find the bill amount was too large even the same saloon car of the same replacement(my previous cars) after a fair ratio estimation applies to my T.Prado was not acceptable. In my recent rear self accident, I took the opportunity to ask SBA, Frankie on both the repair costs. The cooling coil replacement cost quoted by him came out with the % gap was even larger, I almost fainted. The new lesson learnt : Trust yourself not even your friend's uncle - its BS. My 1st impression when I met Frankie was he is quite a weird guy and fair in communications, but that is not important. After a short conversation, I felt that he has a sincere personality. The rear damaged repair cost was very very reasonable, delivered punctually and good workmanship. The best part was the dangling number plate light holder enclosure(internal connecting brackets were broken) was tightened by his mechanic, Ken who unintentionally turned my new set imported directly from Japan, into a spare set. The other problem that I highlighted to Frankie & Ken was the noise of a suspected loose nuts below the dashboard whenever I accelerate. Ken tested and agreed to my hearing. And upon getting back my vehicle, he told me honestly that the problem was fixed without dismantling the entire dashboard. The problem was suspected to derive from the previous workshop who was replacing the cooling coil had forgotton to tighten the nuts. He indicated to me that this is not chargeable as this was fixed in no time. I observed that Frankie way of managing his company. I admire Frankie's guts in trusting his mechanics to serve his customers, who actually brings out his good reputation. Thank you for so much effort that SBA had put in. Thumbs up for Frankie & Ken. Will not hesitate to return and to recommend others!

Hi everyone! Must say that they are very busy and i have waited 1 hour for my turn to install the Violence Cable Throttle Controller which I cant find in any other place. However it is worth the wait, very effective indeed & i can switch to quick response SP9 ,back to original normal mode & still can get fuel efficiency in EC7. It is totally amazing & Value for money .I can see that they are every experience in it with a lot of photograph-pics records in almost every make that is shown in their workshop. Good job Frankie & thanks to SBA 's friendly mechanics too! Because of your good services all under 1 Roof , i have no worries & will recommend to everyone . Will stick with SBA all the way,it is so convenient.But remember to make appointment. Big Cheers & try it out!

was previously told by my regular tire shop that 3 of my rims are wrapped and would cost $150 to repair. went to sung beng to swap tires between cars and they found that only 2 rims are wrapped and cannot be balanced, not able to repair either. the previous shop balanced my rims + tires without telling me anything before. they are more honest than the previous shop that i regularly visit, prices quoted are the same as my regular shop too. will continue to visit them again in the future.

Hi guys i would like to give my honest feedback regarding Sung Beng Auto.At first i was reluctant to do up my ride there as i get mixed views about it but then decided to try.Went there to do up my ride which is a SJW**** Honda Jazz 1.5M and was satisfied with the machanics as they are knowledgable and skillfull in their job.So far i've been a loyal customer and keep coming back for performance,rims,sevicing etc.Staff are all friendly and the boss Frankie was always there to attend and advise me.Price wise is still resonable but can improve futher especially for those loyal customers.Quality and Workmanship i can say is relatiely good as i really felt the Power,Stability and Efficiency of the work.Its also a place where you can get everything you name it so don't have to drive around looking eleswhere.Keep up the good job Frankie and staff of SBA and be assured you will have our support.

Thanks to SBA ,you really live up to the reputation! At first i didnt believe there is a workshop since 1969 with black & with pictures that really provide all services under 1 roof but finally i open my eyes. After so many workshops i have to run around for so many years due to different services provided ,this is worth trying after i can get my aircon cooling coil change, 80k KM major servicing done,new set of rims & tyres changed,performance throttle controller with vsd & tuning,panel beat my dented bumper plus bonnet with new coat of paint, pre- LTA inspection check & tested with insurance, road tax renewed & all paid under SBA credit card instalment plan which i dont feel a pinch at all because of the feeling like getting back a new car with their reasonable prices quoted to me ... In short, i'm very happy and also like to thank Frankie & SBA staffs for providing excellent services. Self accident on my left rear which,�friend reco & did my spray painting & panel beating in their new opened unit 336 circuit road. Not bad ,price & job done efficiently ok with german paint Spies Hecker. A great complete 1 stop workshop that all can try also in other 2 units 340 & 342 circuit road . Dont miss & got to take extra note of the unit number cuz i made 2 rounds to get there ! My Chev suddenly got a strong vibration & loud noise in the front part. EngineBattery indicator light up later,steering become very heavy & the car become no power... I pull at the side of the road waiting for help. Called afew worksp but fail & lucky enough that Frankie pickup .He told me to drive slowly without aircon on as it is nearby to save the cost of paying double on towing. Waited patiently for my turn & later got a belt & pulley changed. Can see that they really provide their maximium service with their superb teamwork. Thank God they are open even on Chinese New Year. Fair, honesty & good service is i can describe for this workshop. Will continue my car service with you .

my aircon coil leaked 2weeks ago & had wanted to change but didnt have the time. I checked sungbeng.com website & called yesterday sunday morning which is eve of CNY, Frankie told me to down asap & got his guy to confirm again. He went all the way to "rescue" my aircon even all workshop & suppliers are closed. I dont know where & how on earth he did it with a new coil and it is finally replaced within 2hrs by one of his hardworking aircon specialist showing a digitial temp meter QC to me. Heard the best thing is that they are open throughout CNY & for what i know,this is the only workshop that open daily all year round with excellent 1 stop full complete services to all drivers out there! My air con broke down .... very tired searching desperately for a trusted ws. Luckily my friend recommend me 1969 Sung Beng Auto - SBA , I read their reviews & called their 24 hours Hotline, this Frankie pickup my call & he made an early appointment to go down to either 336,340 & 342 Circuit Road. He refered me to his aircon service advisor Mr Lim for a diagnostic check. Very quickly the same verdict they discovered my cooling coil leaked & their quotation is reasonably attractive that i decided to give it a try even the wait will be hours to take out the whole dashboard. At first I thought that it is just another ordinary repair ws but they do more than that,they do almost everything ''sumah bao ga lao!'' Shouldn't had gone upstairs showroom but cant resist due to the LIVE demostration done by a lady so I added a VSD for more efficiency which later got another specialist to fix it up. Soon the job is completed while i nearly dose off after night duty in their spacious waiting area. Went down checked my car & to my surprise, Frankie pointed to me 4.7 degree on a digital thermometer hook onto the aircon vent! Couldn't' be more happy! No sweat now with good & steady service team work Frankie ! Keep it up, i think i finally found a complete 1 Stop all services under 1 roof ... yo ! Check it out but call for appt... cus quite pack lar... Gonna be back for spray painting & panel beating on my dented doors & maybe other poisonsss.. Cheers :-)
