During our planned appointment with Luster on the 17th April 19, we did not manage to reach on time and were late. They even called us to find out our arrival time and accommodated to us and waited. Following with a detailed explanation on what they are doing. At the collection of our vehicle, we were very pleased with the complete treatment package. Chanel did a great job to explain patiently on the specific areas of work in both interior and exterior part of the vehicle. Luster has become my go-to place for car detailing and almost everything because of the excellent service and provided by Jackson and his team. Just today, I tried the express interior anti-pest treatment cos I saw a roach in my car who's trying very hard to catch my attention when I'm driving. Certainly dangerous cos I'm not exactly a fan of roaches. I quickly made an appointment with Jackson, and as always, his response to my request for an afternoon slot was very prompt. I went over, and his lady colleague attended to me and gave a brief explanation of what the treatment entitled and then led me to their comfy waiting room. About 1.5hrs later, she informed that the car was ready and showed me the by-products - that one roach catching my attention in the morning. What was impressive was they bothered to clear out the car of everything - and placed it neatly in my boot, and every corner of the car was spick and span. Highly recommended to do Sonax Nano Pro Coating with Jackson and team! Very meticulous detailing job done as they only cover 2 vehicles a day and not just some cashgrab like other bigger detailing centres. I had doubts doing after hearing about horror stories like scratches and watermarks, but none were present on mine. Priced attractively at 388 and not a thousand dollars you can be sure its worth more than you pay for. Way better than my dealership's PPS. Jackson even offer to provide shuttle services to and fro the mrt station! I appreciate how the team cares for the car like their own.
