Had to run some wedding errands at woodlands Ave 12 so planned to leave my car at nearby Luster for a grooming, esp. since I've seen good reviews via Elantra club singapore. Requested Luster to drop me off at woodlands Ave 12 after i pass them my car (thought they could simply just use mine) but it turned out that Jackson readily agreed to ferry me and my wife with his own car. Jackson even offered to pick me up thereafter after I was done, amazing service. Back at the workshop, I felt my one-year-old car was brand new once more, incredible work and value. Sent 3 different cars over the period of 3 years, i can honestly say they treat all 3 cars with the same amount of care and passion.

1st car is a 2 months old mazda 3. Did a hydrophobic coating and car was restored to showroom condition. 2nd car was a 1 year old Altis that was abused by the previous owner. Can really feel and see the difference in the before and after. These 2 cars were leased, with the ugly private hire stickers there but they still treat it with good amount of respect like it was their own.

I finally decide to get a car on my own and needless to say send my continental car to Luster and did a CC36 sonax coating on the 2nd day. 3 months on, it is still the shiniest car in the company and perhaps in Tuas area and it is an achievement given that the air in Tuas is rather dirty and dusty

Signed up for CC36 coating today. Luster staff was already waiting for my arrival along the driveway when i reached this morning. It was a breeze going thru the checks and handed over the keys to them. Good Service. Am amazed at their works, from exterior to rims to interior and inside the bonnet. One week after doing Sonax CC36 ceramic coating, the result was awesome. Details are well explained by them before and after service. Cleaning stains were so much easier now and what's best was the awesome service provided by Jackson, even volunteered to give me a ride back home which is near to Woodlands. Came back for a full car wash today and it was superb. Will never go to any quick car wash other than luster from now on. Really tip top 5 stars service. My family just gotten our new car. Decided to try out Luster's Sonax CC36 ceramic coating. Drop the car early in the morning at 10+am. The staff attended to me, explained every detail on what they are going to do with the car and told me more about this coating that i am going to do. He still give me a ride over to where i wanted go after dropping car, though is just nearby, but much appreciate by their kind gesture! Text the boss Jackson after left, and told him to try to do up the car asap, but he told me must do nice nice, cannot just rush for it, but will for sure do up asap for me. Really appreciate their professionalism! Look at the sine of my car now!

Did Sonax CC36 ceramic coating for my new car here and the result was awesome, shinier than new! What's best is the service quality, Jackson patiently explained to me on the whole procedure and also advised me on the questions I have. Was looking around and decided to go to Luster to do up the paint protection system. Contacted them in the morning and got a slot immediately. Went down and was greet by Chanel and she was good in explaining the issue on the car despite it being a 1 day old car. Based on their recommendation, it is to leave the car overnight to ensure quality of the work is not compromise. Never regretted it and Jason and team did a great job in ensuring the outcome is near perfection. Their service and quality speak for itself and I would recommend others on their professionalism. - Michael Ng
