Thus far, I have purchased Trapo twice for different cars. Both times, I was equally impressed by the workmanship and quality of the mats. The mats fit nicely into the spaces it was designed for and allow me to clean them with ease (as compared to those maggi-mee type). Would not hesitate to recommend friends to this. The practicality of the mat is undisputed. Easy to clean. It looks good. It doesn't smell. Functionality is very good, 5/5. The con: The feel of the mat isn't as premium (I bought hex) as I had hoped. Perhaps it's the construction. The bigger issue is the driver's side. The padding where the heel is supposed to rest (an extra thick pad) is wrongly situated (see picture) which means my heel doesn't rest on the pad. - William Seah

Very first order, and already wrong. Not sure which car model is it for, but definitely not for mine. It's made worse than nobody bothers to answer the phone. Though response time on messenger is decent but it seems lacking sincerity to rectify, just telling me to wait. Decided to just refund instead of waiting for another potentially wrong order. Highly recommended to buy only at your own risk. Better off visiting a local physical store instead, at least problem can be rectified on the spot. It is understandable to cut cost on rental, hence no physical store locally. All the more they should be ensuring the product is verified before shipping out, but they assumed it was all good. No. I referred to my email, which confirmed that I didn't make any wrong selections. Now the item is just a white elephant taking up space. Extremely disappointed and I would urge against buying.
