I went to report my car accident at COMPLETE VMS at Soon Lee. Jia En was empathetic and helpful and the Manager also gave helpful advice. The whole reporting process was smooth and efficient. I just got an accident and come to complete vms at 5 soon lee street to do reporting, and I need to claim my own damage then the staff in soon lee really friendly they explain to me the procedure how to claim my own insurance. However they give me estimate 7 days but they finished in 5 days and they provide free servicing when you first joined their free membership and the servicing include checking my car if anything wrong and they also vacuum my car, very helpful staff and really satisfied with their service with me and my car. :) - Meen, Owner of Mazda 3

I was attended to by Joyce Wong at Complete VMS (Sin Ming Drive). Really appreciate her friendliness and professionalism in offering good and sound advice, especially to someone who got into an accident for the first time, knowing close to nothing about reporting the incident and the how-about to settle the matter privately with the other party (e.g., what are some of the things to look out for etc.), and waiting patiently while I communicated back and forth with the other party to settle the costing and payment of the repairs.
