Went to VMS after getting into an accident. Another driver bump to the back of my car after losing control. VMS solution was very professional and provided through and detailed advice on the process and instruction towards accident reporting as well as car claims matter. VMS also helped to liaise with the involved car driver and helped to settle the end to end paper work. When it come to the repair, VMS even provide a replacement car to make sure your inconvenience is minimized when your car is under repair. If I have to be nitpicky about it, perhaps it would be a great customer service if the car is also cleaned before the handover, as there were residual dusts from the repair/accident inside the car.
