Logged my accident report with Complete VMS and they are subsequently assigned by my insurer to repair my car. Overall experience was excellent, Darren and staffs are very helpful and patient in explaining about the accident reporting process and their services. Collected my car within 1 week, 9 days ahead of projected timeline. I am not a car person but on first impression, i can see the job is well done and they even assist to spruce up the interior of my car during the repairs. Been servicing for the past 10 years. Very professional and honest. They are also fast and efficient in their delivery. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable workshop.
