Sent my Mercedes E250 to the workshop due to loud and excessive noises during acceleration. The technical staff (Sia) was competent, honest and provided updates via snap shots of damaged and defective vehicle parts that needed replacement or repair. He even contacted me on Friday evening almost 8pm to update the status of repair. Admin team (Jia En and Yen) were patient and helpful in explaining the Web based discount system and payment procedures.
