Brought in my Mercedes Benz E200 with vibrating issue, done diagnosis with agent before and reconfirm again with Chip Soon it’s my ECU issue. Unlike Agent, Chip Soon provides me with multiple solutions to my problem, either brand new, repair or refurbished unit. Very knowledgeable and experienced team! Been to many workshops with my car and they couldn't not identify the problem with it. Can tell that mechanics quite experienced with European makes. Unfortunately you do pay a bit more for spare parts and don't allow you to bring your own. I ended up paying about 20% more but definitely way cheaper than AD. - Alex H
