I saw an advertisement online about Progressive Car Care's spray painting, and asked for reviews from my friends. In fact, one of my friends was an ex-customer in Progressive when she came in 4-5 years ago for the repairs through insurance claims. Seeing how the paint quality lasted after numerous years on her car, she strongly recommended this place. Customer service is tip-top, I was offered a drink on arrival and they went through the process of different paint materials quality, and did a sample respray on-site so that I can take a look at the real colour, instead on the catalog. I told them I wanted the same as they did do for insurance claims vehicle (same as my friend), which is the Premium Package. Job was fast and done in less than a week. I must say I am impressed how they handled the case from reporting to repair. Every process was well documented and repairs were well taken care of. Special mention to Wendy and Peiwen who meticulously took time to explain to me what are the exact repairs that would be carried out for my car, especially what is going to be replaced.
